The hotel is close to good restaurants for dinner and breakfast, and you can get a view of the big river. The room was clean but outdated. The biggest drawback is that the room still reeked of cigarette smoke when we checked in even though we requested a non-smoking room. We left the window open and went out for dinner, and then the room became bearable after I took my allergy medication.

Inadmissible !!!!! Nous sommes arrivée à 6:00am du matin le Check in étant à 1:00pm nous avons demandé d’attendre dans le hall d’entrée. A 8heures du matin ils nous ont demandés de monter dans notre chambre. Arrivés dans la chambre il n’avait pas d’eau chaude nous avons été prévenir l’accueil. Ils nous ont dit d’attendre 5 min que l’eau chauffe une demi-heure plus tard toujours pas d’eau chaude !!! Je retourne à l’accueil une autre personne décide de nous faire changer de chambre. Nous avons enfin eu de l’eau chaude mais ce fut une douche très courte. 3 minutes plus tard plus d’eau chaude !! Le lendemain au moment de partir ils nous demandent de payer une serviette qui était légèrement taché ( une fois lavé la serviette serait devenu blanche !!) c’est juste histoire qu’ils en mettent plus dans leurs poche... mais ce n’est pas tout ils ont voulus nous faire payer aussi le fait que nous sommes rentrés plus tôt dans la chambre alors que nous avons rien demandés on était d’accord d’attendre jusque 1:00pm dans le hall d’entrée. Un hôtel que je vous déconseille fortement, c’est honteux !!!!!

特に問題ないホテルでしたがエアコンの冷風が弱かったので確認していただくようお願いし部屋で待ってましたが1時間たっても来なく、再度フロントにて確認すると全く英語を理解していないようで何も対応してませんでした。再度お願いするも適当な対応でぬるいまま。フロントの女性が別の方にかわっていたので再度対応をお願いするとやっと確認しに部屋へ来て対応してくれました。中国人御用達のホテルですので英語での対応は難しいかもしれません。

ラオカイに泊まる理由が見つけ辛いが、良い宿”
直接よりagodaを通した方が安い。レセプションで聞いたら高かったのでその場でagodaから予約した。 2泊したが、ずっと部屋に居て夕方から夜にかけて居なくなる中国人が2人いた。逆に6人部屋でその2人以外宿泊客はいなかった。 部屋は綺麗でシーツも毎日交換してるよう。バスタオルはレセプションで言えばくれるが、シーツ交換の際に片付けられたようで、2泊目もレセプションで貰う必要があった。水は350ml？のボトルが置いてあったが2日目はなかった。。言えばくれるのか？ しっかりしたベッドに快適なマットレス、カーテンがあり、ライトや空調は同室の中国人が適宜調節していて快適だった。 シャワーとトイレは一緒になっていて、入口少し手前に照明や温水器のスイッチがある。 チェックアウトの日に朝7時ごろレセプションでハノイに行くバス手配してもらった。ha son hai vanという会社で、サイトで時間や値段が見られる。どこ行きの何時のバスかを伝えれば、多分レセプションのお姉さんの携帯？で予約取ってくれる。バス出発の40分～1時間前にホテルに迎えに来てくれる。値段もバスステーションで普通に定価払っただけなので、完全にお姉さんのボランティアだとおもう。有難い。 歩いて行ける範囲にスーパーや市場もあり、立地は不便では無い。 サパ行のバス停は150mも無く近い。バスは毎時ちょうどと30分（早朝夕方はない）に出ていて、このバス停までは大体7分前後で来る。サパ自体は道路や建物工事や工事車両や車、バイクの排気ガスで空気が汚い。郊外に行くなら良いのかもしれないが、その場合はラオカイに宿泊せずサパ郊外に泊まるべきだろう。 サパやバックハーに日帰りで行くには良い宿泊先だと思う。
