Best hotel to the border”
We were celebrating our anniversary. First off, the view was ABSOLUTELY beautiful in the corner suite room. Stayed for three nights. Didn't get daily cleaning but it was expected. Received towels and toiletries as needed. If your going into the casino, dont expect to see drink ladies walking around. They were short staffed but they had plenty of open bars to walk up to. A lot of stuff was not operational due to covid but again, it was expected. Bed was super comfortable, tv was HUGE. whirl pool tub in the room was perfection. Only a 5 min drive to Canadian border. We're actually saw the falls from our room. Definitely returning!

Exceptional”
This is THE VERY BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. It’s gorgeous inside! The casino was fun. Having restaurants inside the resort was a huge plus. And it’s literally a 10 minute walk right to the Falls. The pool/jacuzzis were very clean and were monitored for safety. Our room was immaculate and so beautiful. The bathroom was honestly the nicest hotel bath I’ve ever seen! This is a must stay 5+ star resort/hotel!

Great location,very clean,great staff,great food and entertainment,love it, the only thing i didn’t like was that they have one line for everybody to go in(casino/hotel)so if your staying in the hotel you got to do the line to get in instead of having some a separate entrance for the people staying in the hotel so they don’t have to wait 10+ minutes in the cold,casino was great,restaurants in the casino are good,room service food was great,would recommend the Hotel!!!

We got good deal through Agoda. We had two rooms as we were traveling with 1 other family . This place is closed to everything that you can do in Niagara falls USA. Restaurants , cafe and even goat island 🏝️ is walkable from this place. The casino was good too. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly .

Anniversary vaction ”
Absolutely the best location. Everything and I mean Everything was in walking distance. Our room was on the 19th floor and we had the view of the Canadian side . We woke up every morning to a view of the mist from the falls . We ate at thr western door steak house inside thr casino Absolutely delicious. We also ate at three sisters Cafe for buffet breakfast that was great also . Now that we know this is the best location we look forward to rebooking again

We go to Las Vegas about once a year, and I can’t ever remember seeing a room quite as nice as the one we had at Seneca. Very large, very clean, very secure. Most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were there for a concert and everything was very well-managed

Best place to Stay in Niagara Falls”
I'm so happy I booked the Seneca Resort & Casino for my first trip to Niagara Falls. Met my sister here for 4 days & it was perfect. We were walking or short Uber distance from everything. Susie at the front desk was able to accommodate us with a top floor with a view room. It was stunning. Everything about our stay was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again and will recommend to all our family and friends.

Stayed for a night before seeing the falls and the casino was clean and fun. staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Would have stayed longer but was the end of a long trip and was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip.

I have been coming here for years but first time since civil. Improvements are stunning and very clean with friendly front desk staff. Mary was helpful. Happy to be back and felt safe in the resort with Covid protocols.

Birthday Trip”
My second trip coming to Niagara Falls and staying at Seneca Casino & Resort was well worth it. The price was amazing and the view of Canada from our room was beautiful. Went to Three Sisters Cafe and it was pretty good and affordable. They have other restaurants that are pretty good as well as a lounge. The staff was very friendly & helpful, would definitely stay there again

A+++++ BEAUTIFUL IMMACULATE HOTEL! SERENE view of Niagra Falls. LOVE my view from the 26th floor of the westward side of the hotel. Walking distant to Niagra Falls. STAFF IS AMAZING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! The food at KOI RESTAURANT is SCRUMPTIOUS! Enjoyed playing the slots. An array of different machines to choose from. Will return on my next visit!

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. But when they say checkout is 11:00, they aren’t kidding. At 11:00 am, our key stopped working on the elevator and on our room door!

Close to the falls”
We chose hotel for price, room, & location, not for casino. We choose not to gamble. At check-in we were able to change the room to a non-connecting room. The king suite offered everything needed. Walked 4 blocks to the Falls center. Free self parking. Great stay.

Excellent”
The room was beautiful. It is close enough to the falls to walk but we drove to have our picnic lunch in our car. We were on the 22nd floor and could see the rapids and the mist from the falls and the whole Canadian side. We will return for sure.

AMAZING STAY!!!”
Our stay at Seneca Niagara was nothing short of amazing, from beginning to end! Abby, our valet was courteous and kind. She even recommended a great restaurant which we had dinner the first and last nights of our stay. Check-in was fast and easy, and our Corner Suite (Room 2602) was the cherry on top!!! The room was immaculately clean. We brought our own cleaning supplies just in case, however, the only things we had to clean were the hot tub and shower after each use because the cleaning staff is not allowed to enter an occupied room. I made several calls to the front desk and each person I spoke with was hospitable and engaging and made sure I had whatever I wanted in a matter of minutes. We tried 3 Sisters Restaurant for breakfast (Very Good) and the Burger Bar for lunch (Very Good). I even tried my hand at the Black-Jack table in the casino (I am not a gambler, but I won fifty bucks!). In essence, we really didn’t have to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. However, there are a plethora of activities within walking distance of the hotel. *The only drawback is we ordered room service for breakfast the first day and it cost a whopping $75… That is an exorbitant amount of money for breakfast, for 2 people* All-in-all, we highly recommend this hotel/resort and especially the suite we stayed in!
