"Our stay was lovely. It was fairly quiet and restful and relaxing. Good location away from main senggigi area w easy taxis ($2 to main beach). Pool was large and really clean. Amazing options at breakfast including local and western foods. Good coffee/tea. Great view over gardens, pool and ocean. Well maintained grounds. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC in our room was always on with the power on and got cold, no option to turn off without removing key from power. Bathroom was nice w outdoor style, ask for lower level for outdoor bathroom in the garden chalets; upper rooms have enclosed. Some ants in the room. Food in restaurants was good but a bit expensive and 20% is not included in prices. Mini fridge was nice. Daily room water was appreciated. If you're looking for a large complex with western amenities removed from city noise and touts (just a few on the beach) this is your place! Perfect sheltered location to recover from jet leg/travel for a few days and get accustomed to area before exploring more. Hotel grounds were big enough we did not feel crowded. We went to the gili islands after our stay. It was really nice staff did not ask us or push at all to use hotel services like tours, food, massage, etc. We paid $50/night on half-priced agoda offer. One negative of the area is that taxi drivers are not honest and try to get more money and take you to places other than requested. These are the blue bird group. Our taxi from the airport after paying the fixed rate pulled over and demanded we pay extra to drive the extra mile or so to our hotel just past senggigi (at night). We refused and he then took us to the hotel. Another driver tried to get me to stop at shops on the way to catch a bus and drove 35 minutes to the actual bus station instead of the requested transit stop in senggigi, saying it did not exist. A driver from the bang sal harbor tried to take us on a tour (multiple times after refusing) instead of straight to the airport to catch our flight! "

"한국사람들 꼭 가세요 정말 정말 좋아요 수영장에서 락스냄새가 나는 것 제외하고는 모든것이 완벽한 여행이됐습니다 방에 머무는 것만으로도 행복했어요 일반 풀빌라동은 정면으로 바다가 보이지 않지만 프라이빗하고 노을과 바다는 1분만 걸어나가면 되니 충분합니다 The best resort in senggigi Although It is located far from the central area you can rent a bike or call a taxi to go to central. There is a bike rental shop in front of resort, they also handle Lombok tour, Diving, Surfing and ticket for the boat and flight. You can easily deal with them. Must go to a restaurant on the top of the resort. The food, scenery, mood and price everything is perfect. The breakfast was not that good than I expected though, the restaurant view itself is very awesome and nicest. Some staffs look very tired and unhappy to help visitors so I did not feel comfortable. I understand them because I am the owner of restaurant in my country, so I know that treat people is very tiering. their facial expression made me to hesitate when I need something. It is not suitable for five-star resort , "

"We stayed at Puri Bunga for 3 nights. It is located in the center of Senggigi just across the road from one of the best restaurants in Lombok (De Quake). The hotel is not at the beach but across the road, so very near the beach. It is situated on a small hill with nice trees and flowers. The rooms are little bugalows, with 2 rooms under one roof. The rooms are nice and clean, you have everything you need (TV, CV, fridge, shower, ...). The pool is very nice for a plunge to escape the heat. Breakfast was simple but good both western (pancake (freshly baked, toast, fruit) as asian. The hotel arranged a scooter for us with no extra charge (we paid the scooter guy directly). We would definitely go here again."

"Lombok wants so very much to be like Bali, but it just is not. When it comes to the accommodation, at least, Lombok is lags behind its more popular neighbor. The Senggigi Beach Hotel is a good example of trying hard but not quite reaching Bali standards. It is not one of the new hotels in Senggigi, but it is one of the largest and most famous. And its location in the center of Senggigi's commercial center strip and on a small cape jutting out into the ocean is as good as it gets here. Senggigi Beach Hotel has a number of different room types, villas, ocean views, garden views, pool views, big rooms, small rooms, and some have even been recently refurbished. Either way, the deco inside the rooms is nice...not fresh exactly, but pleasant. The bed is comfortable, and the room and its bathroom are more than satisfactory. There are a number of restaurants on the premises. The main pool is of a decent size but nothing particularly fancy for a resort hotel. The gardens were clean and well-kept and a few interesting statues are dotted around the grounds. Some of the restaurants are on the hotel's private beach. The security guards do keep the vendors off of the property, so at least you can enjoy your view without any soliciting. The hotel is just down a side lane off the main part of Senggigi town, and its most popular clubbing/dining district is just a 2-minute walk from the front gate. I can't say that this place took my breath away, but it definitely is nice and relaxing."

"After I did travel from Gili island , I choose this hotel for the last stop and this is my right choice ever! I was booked as a Neima ,when I came in the room ,is it so fabolous , all the photo I saw in here are true, well open bathroom , nice living room with many choices tv programme, the bed is awsome. First day, I was tired, so I stay in hotel's restaurant, although need to climb up a bit stair, it is worth it. There have Infinity pool beside, all waiters are very nice, they also can remember my name in the following days and also the food were delicious with the fair price, I had 2 nights dinner in there at last!!The hotel will had some activites for their guests but you need to look at a notice board for first and booking in the front desk, if not, they need more time to prepare. When we go out, they will care about do you need a car or taxi or not? It is called hotel service !!But if you go to the main road just walk 20 mins, that could get to the places have a lot of restaurant, souvenir shop, massage shop, when I had a dinner from outside, the road to walk back is a bit dark but could enjoy a starry night!! Everyday had many styles of breakfast and the lombok coffee, the swimming pool condition are very good, I spent a lot of time in this spot. The Svarga Resort are the best hotel in Senggigi area I think, the room price are fair and the staff in there are dedicated service for me.If you want the romantic, relaxing, beautiful hoilday, you should pick this one for no doubt!!"

"we booked our stay at purimas and expected it to be a reasonable hotel as the price was not very high. what we found, was a pearl on the island of lombok!!! never ever did we expect such a beautifull hotel. rooms set in tropical gardens, beautifull indonesian furniture, rain shower, great swimmingpool overlooking the blue sea, unbelievable beautifull sunsets, great restaurant and wonderfull snorkling just in front of the hotel (we even spotted two seaturtles!) the hotel offers great service, very kind and well trained personell and superb facilities. the area is quiet, not far from the more bursting centre of senggigi which is easy accesible by taxi (very cheap!). the beach is beautifull and lovely for walking. the bay of mangsit offers more very good boutique hotels with good restaurants (qunci) to explore, so you dont have to be stuck at the hotel or senggigi centre. we loved it so much we stayed longer! and for honeymoners, you couldnt wish for more!! (we werent on a honeymoon, but i would not have mind at all!) best price-quality ever!!!!!!!"
