Great stay, staff were fantastic”
We were greeted with a smile when we arrived home. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent during our stay. It's in a great location off the beach and close to everything. Has what you need: Yummy breakfast (and very reasonably priced), hot running water, comfy beds, clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Location wise is fantastic and hotel price is affordable”
We had an upgrade room since its low season due to COVID 19. However, there is a cigarette smoke coming from our bathroom during 2nd and 3rd day. And a stinky smell on the hall way not sure where it comes from. Another one is the AC, it was too hot for us. Max temp is 18c. We cant sleep well maybe because we got used to Dalat, no AC or fan but still cozy. Or maybe because we are near the rooftop the AC is not sufficient, its like a fan. Maybe if there's a window we can open then that's better. I think they have to fix that. I forgot to tell the receptionist that time since we are always on a hurry. Food esp the fish noodle is tasty I liked it! And the Vietnamese style pancake. Staff are nice and tried their best to speak in English.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel located in a small alley contain many other hotels. I rate Senkotel a 6/10 in that alley. But 9/10 and very recommended compare to any other places around Nha Trang. Nice location near Tram Huong Tower, 3-minute walk to the beach. Hidden inside so it's very quiet. I did not use any meal at this place so cannot say anything about food. Friendly staff, hot water, clean bed sheet, clean room, clean bathroom, charming furniture, extremely fast and stable WiFi, TV is not so great and hotel should do a better wood flooring pattern (they have deep racks in between each wood) for better hygiene and easy maintenance.

Exceptional”
This hotel is tucked off the main street down a lane. People are there to guide you in. We booked an inside room so no street noise or lights. Great choice. Nha Trang was a terrible choice. Invaded by Russians. Even the street signs and menus are in Russian. No english. We stayed one night, glimpsed the beach for 2 seconds through people and umbrellas, and left. Never to return.

Mình ở đây 4 đêm vào đúng đợt nghỉ lễ 2/9. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và lễ phép. Cơ sở vật chất cũng mới, phòng có sàn gỗ và nhà vệ sinh thì rất sạch sẽ. Đặc biệt là giá đồ để sẵn trong phòng vô cùng rẻ, 1 chai nước 500ml 5k, chai nước suối 1.5L 10k. rẻ như mua ngoài hàng tạp hoá luôn. Khách sạn nằm trong Cụm 64 Trần Phú, có biển chỉ dẫn ở ngoài cũng dễ tìm. Đi sang đường là ra tới biển, vị trí tốt để tắm biển cũng như cách trung tâm cũng gần. Giá phòng lại rẻ. Nói chung là cả nhà mình đều hài lòng với Senkotel.

Receptionist - Receptionists were helpful and very friendly. Overall, the services were exceptionally excellent. Room and location of hotel - The hotel is located inside the alley of hotels, which is about 300m from the beach and the price was okay for those who wanted a budget hotel. Our room is on the highest floor with city view with just like the picture on Agoda. The room was sparklingly clean, neat and convenient. Breakfast - Since we had breakfast at hotel (booked in advanced), the service was good. The menu was so so, they changed after 2 days. We had pancakes, porridge, noodles and chicken noodles. Other services - The laundry service was excellent as they weighed the clothes when they were dry. We booked the 3 - island tour, rented motorbikes, had breakfast at the hotel. Motorbikes can be rented at about 100,000 for each but obviously, we have to top up the petrol ourselves. The island tour is 450,000/each with another 500,000/each if you want to dive and see the coral

Good location and Service”
This hotell is clean but narrow and service is good, the location is near Nha Trang beach, Nha Trang center building and night market so it is very suitable for swimming and shopping. However, breakfast is not good, menu is very poor, have only Noodle, bread, and egg.! Every day is same, not change..!

nice location, value for money”
Staff are very friendly and polite. Facilities are new, rooms have wooden floors and toilets are clean. water bottle for 1.5L is only 10k more cheap than buying outside at grocery. good location as well as the center is also close. located at the aley and away from main road, thus its quiet at night and can sleep well compared to others hotel at the main road, too noisy. less 5mins walking to the beach, near the shopping mall too. can rent motorbike as well at 130k. overall satisfied. will come again.

Nice place to stay near to everything”
It’s near the beach and other establishments. Even though when we got there there was a construction going on beside the hotel, but when we stayed in our rooms we couldn’t hear the drilling outside. So it was still very relaxing to stay inside. The staff were always willing to assist us.

It is very near to beach and there few walking can reach market , you able to grab anything you want nearby and also there is many restaurant around. especially the beach is just few step opposite this hotel. I would recommend this hotel as it is very very convenient.

First time staying- loved my stay, here's why: (1) central location- directly opposite the beach, night market 5min away (2) staff are friendly and helpful (do look out for Cady/Phuong if you are visiting soon! (3) bookings for taxi/ vinpearland can be done directly from hotel (4) 24h manned front desk (5) rooms clean and enough space (we had 3 people) (6) there is lift access (7) value for money- even if for family w children Enjoyed my stay! I recommend it!
