Modern, small apartment ideally located in a high rise apartment complex, a short walk from district one. There are two 24 hour convenience stores located downstairs and across the street. Grab Taxis are plentiful and a reasonable way to get around if you choose not to walk and navigate through the mayhem of HCM traffic. Check-in was not smooth, as initially the host had been slow to forward me the access codes and then it turned out that the code was incorrect. At 1:30AM after 19 hours of flying I was stuck without access to the apartment. I had to call Agoda to have them contact the host so that he could get me the correct access codes. On morning one, the neighbor next door decided to shake me out of bed with some loud pop music. Nice apartment but access information needs to be correct and timely.

It s a 6 stars level living place in HCMC. Started from landing, they provide free airport pick up, great view, clean & tidy apartment. It is also very easy to call s cab by Grab. I will stay there again next trip.

This will be more suitable for people who are familIar and not first time traveler to hcm, location is good via taxi/grab is cheap. Staff are pretty fast to open door for you, within 5-10min.

Unpleasant stay! ”
There was no access to any of the facilities advertised, no gym, no swimming pool, NOTHING at all. There was also NO ACCESS card, we had to contact the "assigned person" to take us to our room everytime we wanted to go up.. The "assigned person" would NOT show up for a long time, we had to wait for 50 minutes for her to respond to our request to go up to OUR ROOM that we PAID FOR. It was a very stressful experience that lasted for 4 nights, we were treated like unwelcomed guests, they wasted 4 nights of my family's vacation with their "security measures". Even when we wanted to check out, we waited for 50 minutes for "her" to reply to our messages, eventually we just left the apartment so we won't miss our flight. This is our second time in Vietnam, we have stayed in 9 different hotels/apartments, we have never been treated in such a way ever before... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The location of this apartment is not convenient. You need to WhatsApp a number to tell them to open the gate to the lift, as well as to press the lift floor as they are all finger print recognize. The upkeep of the apartment is poor.

３泊利用しましたが、もう二度と利用しません。エレベータで部屋に上る際に必要なキーは指紋認証式でしたが、登録ができず出かける度に電話でスタッフを呼びエレベーターのボタンを押してもらう必要がありました。近所のコンビニに行くのにも手間がかかるので、改善を何度もお願いしましたが、こちらの要望は対応してもらえませんでした。都度スタッフの電話応答はとても丁寧なので残念です。チェックイン時、１泊目と２～３泊目の部屋が変わるが、景色が良い部屋に変更となるとの説明だったので承諾しましたが、結局１～２泊目が同じ部屋、３泊目が変更となりました。最初はリバービューの部屋で、移った後は目前にビル。説明の理解に苦しみますし、口先だけの嘘をつかれた気分です。部屋にはゴミ箱が１個あり、翌日のクリーニングが無くゴミ箱から溢れ出す状態。ここはホテルではなくコンドミニアムの一部をホテルとして利用している業者が出店しているようで、担当者は１階のフロントデスクにはいません。フロントデスクの人に話しかけると、担当者に自分で電話するようにと冷たく言われます。セキュリティーもホテル利用している人にはとても冷たく、滞在を通してよい思い出がありませんでした。

只有景觀還可以，內部設施桌子是壞的，斷一隻腳，床上方的冷氣會滴水。有問題反映都會回覆好的會派人處理，結果都是沒有。 最不推薦的原因是出入很不方便，若忘記東西要回去拿，都必須要再打電話請他下來接。 出發前email 聯絡接送事項也是很不積極，幾乎都沒有回應。

這公寓最值得一讚的是他們的服務，入住當晚我男朋友肚痛，周圍的便利店都沒有藥買，跟他們查詢，他們願意主動幫我們買藥。走的時候朋友遺失了行李，也很幫忙幫我們打聽及找回，真的很感激他們，我們的各樣需要都會盡量滿足我們。公寓的位置在豪宅區，環境設施都很好，特別是在公寓望出去見到的景色。

게재된 사진 믿지마세요. 사진을 보고 내심 기대했는데 카페트는 먼지와 오염물로 더럽고 쇼파는 검은 얼룩으로 도저히 앉아 있을 수 없을 정도입니다. 심지어 편의 제공에 고지된 전자레인지도 없구요. 이상한 키카드 지급으로 수영장 이용 못합니다. 빌딩 프론트데스크에 문의했더니 그 키카드로는 수영장에 들어갈 수 없답니다. 호스트에게 수영장 이용할 수 없다는 메세지 보냈지만 답변 하나 없습니다. 오로지 체크아웃 문의에만 답변 하더군요. 이것은 명백한 계약위반입니다. 1박에 9만원이라는 적지 않은 돈을 5박이나 지급했는데도 서비스 엉망입니다. 차라리 시내 중심과 좀 떨어져 있지만 빈홈 센트럴파크 이용하세요. 6만원대에 여기보다 더 넓은방에 서비스 좋습니다. 저 처럼 비싼 돈 주고 이용하여 맘 상하지 않으셨으면 해서 후기 남깁니다.

1.按照导航寻找酒店，根本就找不到，酒店提供的位置是一个小区，小区有4栋，压根儿也没写哪栋，电话也打不通，Agoda上面的消息也没及时回，大半夜在外面搞了两个小时，最后联系Agoda客服。 2.被子不干净，有好多头发，感觉没更换。 3.位置偏僻，去市中心有点远，路也不好走。 4.建议预定正规的酒店，不要预定这种私人的公寓。 1.
