      The hotel is located at prime place. Close to Nicco park, Eco Park. The facilities are nice. Food was nice. Well prepared. Staff were very accommodating. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay at Kolkata

      My door card was not functional. So they have provided manual key. Swimming pool is not upto mark. I have noticed dart at pool water. Lift is slow and old.

      I booked this hotel mostly for the beautiful looking swimming pool - on the roof. We had a 28hr stop over-- and thought it would be nice to relax there. The pool is a disgrace- the aqua tiles' shown in pictures are brown & dirty-- no one in their right mind would swim in it. People were nice- restaurant- nice.

      It Easily could have been a 5”

      The rooms are great, clean and comfortable but no view from window. The location is not that convenient during late night and weekends. Staffs are friendly, efficient and professional. But not all of them. The staffs in the pool area lack professionalism and sometimes even rude to the guests. Which brought my rating down for this establishment actually. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. (probably the best in the city for breakfast) The restaurant offers numerous items with great taste. I might consider to return here only for the breakfast. 😁
