close to airport bus
the cool thing about this hotel is that you can reach airport bus stop within 1-2 min walk and subway within 10 min walk. a short walk away to hongdae area... many restaurants, cafes and little shops (open late around 10 am or 11 am and close late around 10 pm or later) The room is a little bit rundown and only has LAN, which is not convinient. wifi is available in the lobby. overall it's not like a 5-star hotel but the given price and location are a quite reasonable.

Convenient accesses to airport, train station, etc
Nothing but easy access
My room is quite old(but I don't say it's dirty). As it is located in just opposit of elevators, it's not quiet. In general, it's okay to stay for sleep.

Good location, Near Subway and Airport express
Location.. Location..Location
We've stay there 2 night. There's no problem on first night. Location is great. But on second night. Our belonging are lost from our room.. 1) pajama 2) 2way powder.. We noticed that it at night and reported to the reception right away. But they couldn't to do anything for us because it night time. So my friend has to sleep in bathrobe. When we check out in the morning, They didn't show any responsible..So we are very disappoint with hotel service. Although the lost items aren't have any much value, But we have to use it. It shouldn't be lost or stolen.. SO IF YOU STAY IN THIS HOTEL, PLS BE CAREFUL OF YOUR BELONGING !!

Good value for money
Price performance. Location (near Hongik Univ.) Not a motel
Good standard business hotel (previously luxury but a bit run down these days, which explains the great prices, almost as cheap as a motel). Very close to Hongdae Ipgu Station and to the bars and restaurants of Hongdae. Airport Limousine #6002 stops right in front of the hotel.

Great Value for Money
Good location in Hongdae, hotel getting old so great value for money now, english-speaking staff
As usual. Now it's got competition from new hotels in the neighbourhood (Designers, Marigold), price of the Seokyo dropped by more than half, which make it a really good deal these days. And it's actually even closer to the subway than the ones above. So unless you require the luxury of a brand new hotel, for standard business trips the Seokyo is good enough.
