Convenient location near Hachimangu Shrine”
This time I stayed for five nights. Take the NE'X to Bagongkou and turn right to get there quickly. It's convenient to go shopping anywhere. Self-check-in took some time, mainly because I had to fill in the English address in Taiwan and the basic information of the guests. I also had to pay for the five nights of entertainment tax when checking in. The hotel is located above a shopping mall. I booked a room without breakfast, but there is a café next to the lobby on the fourth floor where you can find light meals, coffee, and drinks. They also serve cocktails in the evening. There is a park outside the café, and there is even a Starbucks in one corner of the park. If you have children and don't want to rush for the hotel breakfast, you can buy breakfast downstairs every day. According to the hotel policy, I had to book two rooms because I have two children. Unfortunately, I couldn't book a larger twin room, so the space in the regular twin room is a bit small. I had to take turns opening the two suitcases to avoid blocking the aisle. However, the sleeping space on the bed is sufficient. Two adults and two children (five and four years old) won't kick each other off the bed. As for the noise from the train, we stayed on the 13th floor and didn't find it too noisy. During the day, we went out at noon and came back to the hotel to rest and play until almost midnight. The noise didn't bother us at all. However, if you listen carefully in a quiet environment, you can hear the sound of the train. I think the room cleanliness is okay. I'm used to not tidying up the room every day. I tidy up every two days. With so many things and the kids easily dropping crumbs, I clean up a little myself. However, most Japanese hotels use carpets, so it's not always easy to clean up every single crumb. But on the day when the room is cleaned, the carpet is definitely vacuumed thoroughly, and the staff will also make the bed. The only regret is that there are really a lot of people coming in and out of Bagongkou. When we arrived on Monday, it was still okay, but on the return trip on Saturday, the crowd was so crowded that I would consider whether I would stay at this hotel with my children again. Maybe it would be better to choose a different exit instead of Bagongkou. However, we had to take the NE'X back to Narita, so the JR entrance should be the most convenient option, or we should choose a non-holiday for entry and exit!! When checking out, I pressed the check-out button on the room's pad, and then I directly put the room card into the card slot in front of the self-check-in computer. After that, I could leave without having to wait at the front desk. Overall, I recommend staying here if you like shopping!

1. There was noise. Since it was on the opposite side of the railroad tracks, the sound of the train was not heard, but the sound of motorcycles and music was loud at night, making it too noisy for one day. I was able to sleep using earplugs. 2. The location was within 10 minutes' walk from Shibuya Station, which was close, but I wished it was closer. 3. It was a three-person bunk bed room, and I was worried because the reviews said it was too small, but I thought it was okay and there was space under the bed to put a trunk. The bathroom was made of opaque glass and was small, but there was a separate shower booth and toilet. 4. Check-in took a long time, so the staff came and asked in English. They were not unfriendly. I was surprised that there was no space bar on the Japanese keyboard, so I struggled with spacing. 5. They said they cleaned every other day, so I didn't pay much attention since I was mainly outside. It was a satisfactory stay, and if the business goes well and the price doesn't go up too much, I think I can come back again.

During our recent stay at the Sequence Miyashita Park Shibuya, we found ourselves right in the hustle and bustle of Shibuya, perched above a vibrant shopping mall and a serene park, which I must say, added a unique blend of urban energy and tranquility to our experience. The proximity to an array of restaurants and the iconic Shibuya Crossing, all within walking distance, was nothing short of fantastic. For those who take delight in luxury retail therapy, this location is a treasure trove, with an abundance of high-end shopping options right at your doorstep. The rooms, albeit on the smaller side, were maintained impeccably clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. However, it was surprising to find that, unlike other hotels we visited in Japan, there were no complimentary tea or coffee offerings in the room, which was a slight letdown for us morning beverage enthusiasts. An intriguing aspect of our room was its unconventional layout, with the shower and toilet positioned adjacent to each other. This design choice led to an unintended mini-flood in front of the toilet every time someone stepped out of the shower, which was a bit inconvenient and took some getting used to. The hotel embraces modernity with its check-in and check-out processes, utilizing tablets in the lobby, which was a smooth and efficient experience. And although we missed the personal touch typically found in traditional receptions, the staff were readily available and exceedingly helpful, especially when we needed assistance locating a mailbox, which was much appreciated. In essence, our stay at the Sequence Miyashita Park Shibuya offered a glimpse into the dynamic Shibuya lifestyle, complemented by the convenience of its location and the cleanliness of its accommodations. Despite a few quirks in room design and amenities, the overall experience was positively memorable, underscored by the helpfulness of the staff.

The room was great for one . I had 13m double room . I could def open my large suitcase on floor ! Plus hang my clothes . Shower was great size and the door closes so the carpet does not get wet ! Unsure why people are saying the shower causes that. Close the door ! Room gets serviced every second day so I just made sure I kept it clean myself ! Not hard . They provide hairdryer , kettle , toothbrushes, small brush and cute hand fans to take out each day. Plus water each day in room bottled. Location is fabulous and not at all difficult to find ! There’s an elevator on Main Street which is clearly marked the hotel ! Very easy to get to. Great coffee in cafe upstairs in morning . They could prob clean room little more but in saying that my bedding my clean , pillow was clean and shower etc. towels were clean each day ‘ its was a clean hotel ! Loved it and would absolutely stay again ! Excellent location and staff Thankyou for my brilliant stay ! Fabulous hotel pick !

location: PERFECT. it’s situated above the miyashita mall so you have ample food and shopping options at your doorstep, and it’s only around a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest shibuya metro station entrance and shibuya crossing. i ABSOLUTELY loved the view as well. room: i got a twin room. the room size is slightly smaller but nothing too small that you can’t open 2 luggages properly. the only small thing that i disliked was probably the fact that the basin was located outside of the toilet. cleanliness: overall pretty good, but there were some corners of the carpet that had obvious dust on them, likely not cleaned because the vacumn cleaner couldn’t reach the corner. another thing is that they only clean the rooms every 2 days, so for those who prefer a daily room clean, you might want to take this into consideration. service: amazing and excellent. staff were always ready to help and were extremely friendly! for check-in, we were first directed to do it ourselves on the tablets but once they saw us struggling, they came over instantly to help. price: unfortunately we booked it during Japan’s golden week so the prices were inflated quite a bit. on a normal day, it is also slightly on the higher side but nothing too overboard. after all, it is in the heart of shibuya.
