Beautiful hotel with amazing staff ”
The staff at Serene hotel couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, from check in to bike rental and maps and advice to drive around the loop, and bus tickets to Vientiane, they went out of their way to be helpful with every question! Our room was beautiful, with views of the town, great air con, strong WiFi, a safe and tv with satellite channels. Definitely stay here if you are visiting vang vieng!!

This hotel is beyond expectation. Room is clean and new. All Staffs at the front desk reception are very friendly and helpful. You will feel like home. That's why me and my friend stay in this hotel twice for our first time in VangVieang. CONS The location is so hard to find, even the local drivers don't know how to get there without google map. And breakfast is too oily and fried, luckily they have fruits and cereals. Highly recommend this hotel. I will absolutely come back and stay here again next time.

the hotel is very new! Family room is spacious, staff good with good english but construction is not so great! Bathroom is smelling so strong and all floor get wet after a shower. Breakfast is average but okay for the price. Walking distance to main street.

Lovely facility, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Breakfast was buffet, staff was amazing - the cleaners were adorable and hard working and the gentelmen at the front desks went above and beyond to help organize outings for two large families. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious clean hotel”
Good things - Huge room (we booked deluxe double) with waffle dressing gowns. Massive window, decent bathroom. Nice small pool. Helpful staff. Issues/suggestions - a lamp and/o light switch near the bed would be nice! Hadve to cross massive room in dark. Breakfast buffet varied but hit and miss. They don't clear tables for ages, we had to eat next to dirty plates twice. Coffee is awful, undrinkable. They made bad coffee then poured the already prepared coffee into the coffee machine..... Yuck. Many nice cafes in town though!

Yeah it was all Ok. Probably wouldn’t stay again. If you book there cheaper rooms with a balcony, they have no view !just the building next door. Wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast. It was not good. Gave it a miss after the first day. There are much better options in Vang Vieng.

Pros and Cons”
Everything is such a Great especially a Mountain View and staff is very friendly in which they can be very helpful to answer anything you need😊 If I can suggest only one thing about the drain was not working smoothly and it might be ground structure was not properly installed

I would recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer peace and quiet rather than the more crowded and bustling areas of town. The hotel is within 10-minute walk to the evening walking street and close to the river. The view from our third floor room is spectacular! The staff was super helpful. My husband had stomach problems and I went down to ask about pharmacy around 06:30. The lady working in the dining area volunteered to go buy the medicine for us. It was delivered to our room in about half an hour by the gentleman who worked the front desk. Their kindness was beyond expectations and we really appreciated their efforts. The room was spacious and clean. There were signs of an aging facility in the shower tiles.

Amazing balcony views”
The hotel rooms and facilities are good and the balcony's have fantastic views of the sunset over Vang Vieng. The reception were helpful but had limited English. And the rest of the service was very much what we've come to expect in Lao. We were without towels two days, the room was only cleaned when we asked, what limited choice there was at breakfast was further limited by the eggs not being replenished until asked for, forks, knives, cups, plates also needed to be asked for, the 4 slice toaster had 2 slices working. We understand that the hotel changed ownership/management during our stay and I hope yhe new managaement can resolve these service issues as we'd love to return!

This hotel is good value for money but is about a 10 minute walk into the city centre, restaurants, cafes and bars. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work and the staff not very attentive….

L’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre ville mais dans un endroit très calme. Les chambres très spacieuses avec une superbe vue. Et surtout tout le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable, vous aide dans toutes vos demandes et ils parlent très bien anglais. Bref je recommande à 100%
