We had three issues”

First the owner forgot to check bookings on agoda and said our room is already taken. She said she will arrange another room type but checkin is only available at 9pm. Imagine our stress when we were parked right outside the facility and heard this bad news. Secondly there was no Wifi or internet in the room. Thirdly washroom's hand shower near commode was broken and walls have spider and spider webs. No slippers.

Budget is a yes to this hotel, for facilities and location not so good. Must have a car rental in that area. ”

In the room the water heater is not working, no mirror, no cups and no replacement drinking water in the hall and no toilet rolls replacement in the room. The blanket is not enough in the room.

kindly change the motel name since very difficult to find and location are not good for family. Need to waiting the owner about 2 hour to open the motel. i'm not recommended this motel for others.

Berbaloi tapi Susah Nak Jumpa Sebab Tak Ada Papan Tanda”

Harga memang okay sebab hotel bajet. Kemudahan pun asas sahaja, tapi suasana bilik dan tandas bersih. Lokasi hotel ni berdepan dengan Sakan/ Kamdar atau lebih tepat di tengah2 “77 Mini Market dan Jolis Beauty Salon and Spa”. Cuma hati2 kadang2 ada strangers ketuk2 pintu, tapi owner pantas datang untuk bantu dan halau! Tambahan, Balai Polis Kuah cuma jarak dalam bawah 500 meter.
