Really enjoyed my stay at Serenity. The family that own it were very friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help me with ideas for tours/ booking taxis etc. The room was huge, well presented and clean. Location is excellent.. literally 30 seconds walk to the night market and less than 5 to the river which was ideal for me as a solo female traveller. There are also bikes you can use free of charge.. if you’re feeling a bit nervous cycling on the busy roads, I recommend taking them to the other side of the river, through the central market and turn right down the river path. It’s very quiet in the mornings! All in all a fantastic stay, I definitely recommend to others.

We book 3 nights at Serenity Villa Hoi An, we are satisfied with the villa and the staff ( is running by a group of family members, they are very helpful) Location is the best, is inside the ancient town and near to the river, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby with walking distance. The villa have a small pool, we enjoy it every afternoon when the weather is too hot to walk around. . Is a good place to choice with reasonable price. Recommended 👍

The location is excellent. It takes 5 minutes to the night market and I can go to Old town in 10 minutes. They have free bicycle(has child seat) lental service, that was so cool experience. Swimming pool is small than I expected and we don't use because of the weather. Breakfast is not buffet, the staff set some menu for us. If you stay in hoian few days, I would like to recomend this hotel at least 1 night for the sightseeing.

The best value and cleaner as any of the other 7 hotels I stayed in in Vietnam. You won’t regret booking this small hotel, they lend you a push bike to tour Hoi-An on and offer a nice simple adequate breakfast. My room was spacious and very clean. Location of hotel is excellent. Mr Thinh from the hotel, he us very friendly and helpful. When u check in, he will give u a map and ladvixe u how to walk around for the good food. Night market is just around the hotel and the ancient town also around the hotel area. The hotel oso can arrange the tour and the transfer for the guest. U can get the Memories show ticket from the hotel when u check in

This hotel was recently renovated with taste, Everything was clean and functional. Hotel is conveniantly located right in the pedestrian area a night. Staff was very friendly and always available to help. Limited choices of breakfast (about 10 options made to order), but kids (and adults) loved the chocolate-banana-pancake and the fresh juices!! We were a group of 10 people including kids (3 rooms) and all would definitely recommend this hotel.

The villa is just 3 mins walk to the night market. A pretty convenient location to explore around Hoi An old city. The owner and staff are very friendly and extended their helpful hands like packing a breakfast box for a 5:30 hrs early morning trip; fix a minor issue of the bath room quickly and efficiently.; arrange car transfer from HoiAn to Banner Hill and Daneng at reasonable price. The owner runs the villa with his heart and great passionate. If you want to stay at a cosy place, this no doubt a best choice.

Excellent location and value at this brand new, very comfortable hotel 1min walk from the bridge and all the sights. Rooms big and airy, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Laundry service available if you need it. They were attentive enough to ask us what we thought when we left and if we had any feedback. We suggested they put a mat outside the door or our room on the 3rd floor so it wasn't so slippery. They were appreciative and I'm sure this will happen, I expect this place will keep getting better still. A great choice for any kind of traveller. There were families, solo travellers, and couples like us. Had a wonderful time. Many thanks!
