This was chosen for its proximity to Seoul Station. It was an excellent choice for a comfortable sleep, and would be a good choice for a somewhat extended stay. The room had a laundry machine, microwave, and cooking range, which were not needed this time but would be useful for a longer stay. It is across the street and just around the corner from the station, which is just a short walk. The only reason that I cannot provide a review of the staff is that we only saw them at check-in, but they were nice at that time. Nothing fancy, but a clean and comfortable apartment. Good experience.

For benefit of other travellers, it is near to exit 1 of Seoul station (where Lotte Outlet is). Turn left and you will see a flight of stairs. After the stairs, right across the main cross junction, you see a building with a "S.A. Coffee", that is where the registration/check-in counter is. Yes, it is inside a cafe! You may use the lift inside Lotte Mart if you have luggage and want to skip the lift. But the doors of Lotte Mart opens only at 10am.
