Awful property since I used Agoda few years ago.”
I was unable to get any info about how to check in and get access to the property parking. I texted the owner at about 10am morning, I was get replied that she will only tell me at 3pm (the check-in time). Is there any problem if I would like to get the info earlier and just to park my car earlier as I reached there before the time however the owner not willing to reveal to me. That's fine. After I checked-in, I switched on the air-con in the property as it was a hot weather afternoon. We went out for a 15 minutes (without switched off the air-con) to fetch parents back to the property. However, when we reached there, we found that someone was went into the property to switch off the air-con! It's all about privacy and safety problem! We have already left all of our belongings (include some valuable items) at the property. There is no curtain but only white gauze which it is easily seen by the units at the other building! The worst property ever I has rented at Agoda!!

Overall experience is bad. Start from the photo posted, painting of homestay is awful & not well maintained as per advertised. The kitchen is dirty, also no toilet paper provided. We spoiled an electric kettle due to it was placed on the gas stove which misleading us that is gas stove kettle instead of electric kettle, hence being charged for RM160. Also we saw there is one spoiled electric kettle put on shelf nearby kitchen, we believed it was the similar case happened. Host should put a paper notice nearby kettle or should not put the electric kettle on the gas stove please. Booked homestay 1 week earlier, but neither host/staff ever contact us to follow up until we contacted staff and get asked booking reference no, and pay deposit. High deposit amount of RM300, and then deduct RM160 for the spoiled electric kettle. We booked and paid for homestay including RM80 cleaning fee, but home rule mentioned us to keep the house clean and remove rubbish before leave the unit.
