            Nice cheap hotel”

            Just a guideline, you may park at basement for free. The hotel is beside Lotus Setia Alam, Just walk by. For a standard room, they did not proved extra pillow. You should bring your own extra.

            A weird SOP”

            Overall is good, near to our office. book this hotel for my staff which from outstation. Just this time the Register or check in have to stand at their main door. Their main door n the counter actually is quite a distance more than 6 or7 meter and away I think.

            We booked here coz we had wedding at Space seven. Just 3min walked. Located next to tesco. Location is a bit confusing. They allow u to check out late by charging RM10 per hour. Room & toilet is clean. They should provide ironing at every floor. Luckily I woke up early so no need to queue.

            Last Choice If No Choice”

            If no choice due to working location, the most just stay 1 night otherwise if for vacation its not worth it. Parking basement doesn't have signage directing you to the nearest escalator to the hotel. I need to stop at each escalator to get my bearing correct. Its noisy at night due to water piping sound vibrating all night and ppl talking next door.

            Almost RM100 per night actually you can find many budget hotel and homestay near Setia Alam, actually. This hotel must make quick improvement on its services and facilities, or else it will close ASAP.

            This hotel policy is really bad. I experienced terrible check in experienced ever. With heavy bag, i was instructed to check in from the entrance door( not check in counter!!. The staff asked me to leave my credit card n ic at basket, then i was instructed to wait outside while the staff process my check in. . The owner discriminate guest like we are wearing pink tag (covid 19 positive). If owner really scared that guest might bring covid 19, you better close this hotel for good. Seriously this is terrible hotel experienced ever!!
