Place is nice but not what it makes out on the Web page. It takes over a hour to get to the city
Once you've booked an paid as it's a holiday complex sort of place you would expect that would be it. But no you have to still pay for the swimming pool each day and gym. Endless your Italian for some reason they just was charging tourists. And having to pay for the mini bus to the train station when online it clearly states free mini bus. No cash machine on site and rooms not very clean

The staff is kind, but I think that the bathrooms should be cleaned more offen because there's a lot of people there so it gets dirty so so easily. Thank you ;)

Rip off, horrible stuff, dirty facilities, very loud place
It started with rip off over phone. Price online was 30% less. Stuff was just horrible did not care much about us. We decided to use their Shuttle. Based on their description we were on right place, but Shuttle was not there. We called and spend another money to get info when they will pick up us (they never called us back or something, just did not care). Then they told us that we are most likely at the wrong spot (same name of station but different one) but even it was close they did not care to pick up us. Just left us on street with two huge backpacks. We had to find out way on our own. On arrival they agreed that the fault is on their site, that description is not accurate, but did not apologize at all... The facility is shared and disgusting. It was dirty, cleaned like month ago. Everywhere was insect, weeks old dirt, water was not hot at all. Now the best part. This camp is mainly used by customers of large bus travel agency. There are always like 100 young drunk, screaming teenagers. So if you plan to spent there some time, relax or have family time, this is not the place for you...

Quiet green nature place close to Rome
Quiet, green, Pizzeria outstanding
It was a pleasure staying in the nature after visiting Rome during the day! There's a shuttle from camping to train station, otherwise you can walk, it's 20 twenty minutes. The pizzeria was outstanding: The interior, the stadf, the pizzas were all fantastic. The olny downside was false information regarding taxi prices given by the blonde lady at the reception - no fun at 4:15 am with a child... And there was dust from years under our beds... But overall: Absolutely recommended!

bad staff
the place
it was the worst ever. my friend and I booked for two nights but we only stayed for the night because the transportation going there was not convenient for us since we plan to explore rome. moving on, it says on their site that there should be a shuttle to pick up guests at the la giustiniana station but the shuttle did not stop at the station and we called the hotel to ask about it but she just hang up on us and we called twice! it was already 6 in the evening. not a very concern staff, and her english is very poor.. which is a must if you are an employee of that kind of a job. my point is, we asked about the shuttle we were very polite with our words and yet the staff doesnt care at all if you never make it, she just hang up on you. for those who are planning to go there solo or with a small group, think again. maybe you should call the hotel first before going there because the shuttle's can change. just like happened to us, not everything in their website are true,
