A potential tourist attraction but ageing facility”
I like the fact that guests can do stargazing but it is only at evening time and cannot be done during late hours from 2 to 5am where other planets like mars saturn and venus are visible. We were able to see the moon and Jupiter with its 4 moons. The swimming pool was dirty with a lot of falling leaves from the trees that surround it. But it was cleaned at our request. The breakfast was good. But need more coordination among staff on the changes of time and menu. We ordered western breakfast and in the evening we were asked to choose a different one. In the morning we were told that all will be western but it apparently wasnt. The rooms were nice but needs fixtures like plumbing. Because it can accommodate 7 rooms. It can be easily booked fora party or team building

It's an old property. Since some of the rooms? / part of the property is not being used, it may not be comfortable for all. It was convenient for us location-wise, we just needed a place to sleep , shower, and change so it was good enough for us.

What to expect when you check-in: 1. Friendly and accommodating staff. 2. The hotel needs renovation. The rooms are quite old and need serious paint job. We found beverage stains on the table, but the room is clean. We're happy to see complimentary water, 3 in 1 Milo chocolate drink, and coffee in the room. 3. The comfort room was okay. Hot and cold shower is good. We were given toiletries kits, and bathrobes. 4. Breakfast is not buffet style, but the food is good. If you're not too picky and are trying to save some penny, this hotel is a nice choice for you.

Friendly astronomer on hand for star gazing”
The place was really peaceful with decent-sized rooms albiet a bit on the shabby side. Not a lot of choices food-wise. There was this astronomer who also doubled as front-desk personnel who did a short lecture while we did a bit of star-gazing. That and the tranquility of the place made it a really made our stay a good one

the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. even the breakfast area is charming it was lovely. but the downside is that their other facilities has so much potential but is not maintained. we wanted to swim but their pool was so dirty we opted not to. it was very disappointing. their rooftop area was dirty too. I guess it was a bar once but then i dont know why they never maintained it. the view was so nice and we would have enjoyed our stay more if it was cleaner.

did not have a good experience during the stay. 1. cabinet was broken and left to be that way in our FRIDAY room 2. why is there someone swimming in the pool this morning if it was for renovation? 3. aircon was inadequate, someone tried to fix it but it did not fix the 25 degree aircon temperature. 4. you should indicate that room service for breakfast has a charge. it wasnt indicated even just as respect to give a heads up to guests. 5. thin walls were by no means helpful or conducive for a good nights stay. 6. i booked this location because of the nice photos and reviews. the actual venue went way below my expectations. 7. welcoming guests during check in is awkward. 8. beds are stiff and uncomfortable. 9. no homey atmosphere, less than friendly staff (majority ignores guests). 10. overall unhappy with the stay and the price we paid for this accommodation.

The only pro or the very helpful staff The hotel is definitely needing a lot of maintenance work done as I booked for four nights how was changed to four different rooms because of big issues in the rooms Issues were smoke coming out of the hot water heater in the shower and then the next room hot water did not work at all and the TV third room the air conditioner was so noisy it kept me awake and by the way there was no Wi-Fi for all the time I was there and there is no restaurant there

Had a nice stay in Seven Suites Hotel Observatory. There are some things I noticed though. First, there's no refrigerator in the room. Second, the ceiling in the bathroom must be repaired. Third, the lobby area should be well ventilated. I was looking forward to the star gazing last night but the weather was bad. Also, I was disappointed when we were told that the swimming pool was under maintenance. I wanted to enjoy the pool area. The complimentary breakfast was really delicious. I loved the staff, everyone was accommodating. Overall, our stay was good. Thanks, Seven Suites Hotel!

Had experienced this Hotel before 7 yrs and a lot was missing”
Swimmingpool area needs a lot of renevation also flooring in the hotel. Things starting to become wasted in the whoole facility. But that is a general problem in the philippines. Owners dont m8nd the future. Zero maimtainance. The Rooms are still great looking and made for Honeymooners. Bad the wifi wasnt working during our stay. The staff is really Superfriendly. But i can see its lack of money to renovate. All in all the Regular price for the Room accomondation is 8n general too high. Not in my case cause i had booked with a very big discount and as an old guest i was able to present a membership card which the late manager had given me years ago. To say i was guven an upgrade in a nice suite. Fazit nice hotel to relax but lack of budget for reblnivation. Good place to invest. I would know how to bring it in the supreme class if i would had been given that chance. Staff top! Hotel in the paś great. Now good only

Friendly Hotel with nice atmosphere”
the hotel was not hard to find. i needed to be near antipolo city to visit family. reception were polite and friendly. they made me feel special during my stay. i must say nothing was a trouble for them. the guard even ran 100 metres to the main road to get me a taxi! the hotel is modern.the room was comfortable, shower was warm enough and the bed was adequate. the lobby, games room and cafe are not airconditioned, the large fans can cope on a warm day but in summer probably not. the pool table was well utilised by me. the small open cafe/breakfast area was fine and the included breakfast small but sufficient. i did have to ask for salt, pepper and condiments but they did arrive. the internet option of wifi was only good right next to reception, some routers are needed to make it a stronger signal. i cant comment on the much advertised telescope. the astronomer and the telescope were not available during my stay of 2 days a real dissapointment there. overall its a work in progress. rated b-
