Amazing Location (!) Restaurant No So Great”

Unique experience in a truly breath-taking location. Huge respect and admiration for the creators of this spectacular gem - extreme care and a wonderful ethic has led to the establishment of a very special mountain get-away. Only disappointment was the restaurant that did not serve the best of Abruzze cuisine. Otherwise, wildly recommend this hidden hideaway.

Sextantio Albergo Diffuso is an amazing hotel. The rooms are superb. Every modern convenience but in a great historical setting: great bathroom, high speed internet, under floor heating, gorgeous linens but with a painted high beamed ceiling from the 15th Century! The surrounding countryside is absolutely stunning, with great walking or driving to be had in any direction. The only downside to the hotel is the food. It is not good, and as the hotel IS the town, there are very few dining options available. We stayed 3 nights but 2 would have been perfect.

unique experience, amazing place to stay. not a normal hotel, you should really read about it before booking, but if you are aware that this is not a hotel with amenities like room service or tv (they have free wi fi internet, though), go ahead. room is incredibly cozy, warm and clean. we have stayed at the camino tondo room, and we have loved it. food is amazing, the staff is fantastic. the borgo is quite something, it's a great experience to wake up there, have a wonderful breakfast and then take the road and know campo imperatore's landscapes. we'll certainly go back there and recommend it.

Unusual and unique accommodation”

This was a perfect romantic getaway for us. The rooms were kept 'in theme' with very basic furnishings whilst the bathrooms were top and modern standards. Breakfast buffet was great with good choice foods. However dining opportunities were very limited.

siamo capitati in periodo di bassa stagione e infrasettimanale, quindi quasi tutti i ristoranti erano chiusi a parte la bettola di geppetto dove abbiamo mangiato comunque bene.ci ha accolti persino una nevicata che ha reso tutto ancor più magico. c tornerei volentieri.
