Bookking overlooked”
We arrived at Colombo airport and was expecting pick up. After some time after no pick up, we decided to go to Shah's Village Hotel only to be told that the place was fully booked, even though I booked it and reconfirmed with them. Very disappointed and we turned around and returned to the airport for a 5 hour wait before red eye flight out.

Ok kind of hotel”
Able to check in early but the lobby was so hot when me and my friends arrived for checking in. They did not turn on the air conditioner, so we have to sweat while waiting. The room given was not well maintained. There were cracks on the bath sinks and shower room glass. The lobby was infested with mosquitoes during the night and I can also see few mosquitoes flying around in the room, which was quite annoying. Location wise, it's very strategic. You can go to MPBJ area or Amcorp Mall if you need to buy stuff. The hotel is few minutes walk away from Taman Jaya LRT station.

Not worth the money invested even in deluxe”
Dusty floors, ant infestation, poor lighting in room, towels can be changed once a day, no water heater, doors that don't shut properly, brown water tap (only realize I've been drinking bad water after checking out), no WiFi in package, no bathtubs as requested, and lack of breakfast in my rm650+ package of twin deluxe for 3 nights. Only thing that is good is the atmosphere of silence and the pool. But overall the resort is old and needs to be improved for how much it offers.

Cheap enough. Do not get suite, not much different from regular rooms.”
Could be less broken. Hot water didn't work for the most part. Walls were cracked in bathroom. For a basic room it was still acceptable. Staff is always friendly. Very good.
