Lack of maintenance and old homestay”
This is a homestay that will definitely not make you want to stay again. The facilities are outdated, the floor is not clean and there is a lot of dust, and the shower gel in the bathroom seems to have not been replaced for many years, and it has turned black. In addition, the water pressure is unstable, fluctuating, and sometimes there is no water suddenly. Also, the dirt on the bathroom floor is clearly visible, very unhygienic. The light above the washing machine was also broken which was horrible. The worst thing is that the house is connected to the rear house, and the residents in the rear are just outside the kitchen, which is very unsafe, and the door is rickety when it is locked, which is very bad. If you need internet, sorry, this homestay does not provide wifi! The surroundings of the B&B seem to have not been taken care of for many years. It is an old and poorly maintained house that only wants to earn money from the residents.

Pros: Many bedroom to stay in. owner is quite friendly and helpful. if you are looking for an affordable place with so so facilities, you may come here. cons: no housekeeping so the house is quite dusty and dirty with spider webs on the ceiling. im not even sure if the bed sheets ever been change or no. no aircond in the living room. the mugs and plates are not well kept. not recommended for long stay. however, i would rate this place 6/10.

Not clean as the house is full of dust. The toilet isn't clean properly. Other than that, all are good and the person in charge is friendly..
