Great place to stay at the heart of Singapore”
Nestled in a quiet and green location in the Orchard district but very close to Orchard road and its shops and restaurants, Shangri La Apartments are perfect for families who wish to enjoy Singapore. The apartments are spacious, well fitted and very clean. The staff is very helpful and dedicated to the clients well being. Is is nice to have access to the hotel pool though the apartments pool is perfect.

Great Apartment”
We stayed at the Shangri-la Apartments, 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was quite roomy although the kitchen quite small. It was good to be close to the Shangri-la Hotel for some meals and relaxation around the pool. It was great to have the shuttle bus going every hour to all the plazas and the Orchard Rd Railway station. It was an easy walk to and from Orchard Road. We'd stay there again. Good apartments with space and access to all Shangri-La benefits ”
We stayed in 2bdr apartment for a few days stopover and it was the perfect tonic after being in Japan. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds though decor still a little dated with marbled and somewhat OTT furnishings. But with access to hotel facilities this made up for it all. The apartment pool was smaller but still adequate though maybe too chlorinated. The only disappointing issue was the apartments weren’t linked to the Shangri-La rewards program. Staff were friendly and helpful as always.

A pleasant apartment setting near to Orchard”
We booked our stay at Shangri-la Apartments with some doubts that it will be somewhat outdated and old. From what we read in the reviews it was a clear mixed of messages whether this place is a good place to stay at. We are a family with 4 adults and 3 little kids staying at their 3 BR apartment. When we checked in, it was clear we were happy we decided to book Shangri La apartments. the space and the full kitchen facility was worth it for our kind of family setting. Please be aware that the 3rd bedroom was a single bed. but the second room with 2 single beds can be put together to make a large king! lol was fun for the kids to bunk up together. Location wise it was tranquil enough while being at a really short walk to Orchard Rd. (less than 10 minutes to the Forum shopping mall). Will definitely come back to stay.

Nice stay in Singapore”
We have chosen Shangri-La Singapore as our main-stay in Singapore based on our experience with the Shangri-La hotels. We chose their Serviced-Apartments as we wanted a separate room for our kids. The service apartments are located next to the Shangri-La hotel which gives the guests the opportunity to use the hotel facilities (room-service, dining rooms, pool, kids play-zone, gym and so). The serviced apartments are located nearby (5 minutes walking) from the Orchard road. The service apartments are not new and not maintained on the same service level as the hotel (for somehow I couldn't figure out why) although the staff is very nice and helpful. Cleaningness can be much better - especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. My expectation from a Shangri-La brand was much higher. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

Walk Down Memory Lane”
My husband, sister and I visited the Shangri-La Hotel more than 35 years ago. The hotel was magnificent then. This time we brought my brother-in-law and teenage niece and stayed in the apartments rather than the hotel. Our memories of exquisite grounds, beautiful accommodation and impeccable service were renewed and our time there exceeded expectation. We would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone who wants a special experience.

The broader shangri la hotel and facilities are amazing. The rooms themselves are outdated in the apartment and the air conditioning desperately needs replacing. Good value stay overall but new air conditioning and a facelift would bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel

I love Shangri-La Apartments as the surrounding is green with so many trees. The location is also perfect, Orchard Road is in walking distance. The breakfast is fascinating too. The Line restaurant is beautiful.

Fantastic accommodation for a family”
Stayed here for 5 nights had a 2 bedroom apartment with access straight to the pool which kids loved, nice and roomy and perfect for a family of 5 with 3 younger children, fully serviced and had a kitchen, free laundromat facilities on the grounds, access to use Shangri-La facilities, staff super friendly and helpful, would stay again for sure!!

Good value for the money with Shangrila standards”
We spent 4 nights from 19 Dec to 23 Dec 2017 at Shangrila Apartments, with 3 adults, and 4 years & 7 years kids. We booked apartment with 1 bedroom & extra bed. Location wise is very quiet and is within 13 minutes walking to Lucky Plaza. Small private buses are available to drive you to Orchards shopping centre area, with scheduled timetable, though. The staffs are professional, very responsive & have very good attitudes. Room is clean and have all standard apartment utilities, although the microwave is quite old (using old technology that is not as easy to use compared to the modern one). Booking with Agoda is very easy and the coordination with Shangrila Aprtments is two thumbs up. Overall, it is good value for the money with expected Shangrila standards. Ofcourse, We will come again.

Apartments are large in size and well fitted out. Nicely finished bathrooms. Furnished with quality furniture. Location is good if your looking to shop. Plenty of options to eat at this complex. You have the option of dining at the hotels 3 restaurants which are a little expensive but comparable to the usual prices associated with fine dining in Singapore. Breakfast was included and I would say it was amazing with some much to choose from. We will be back.

Apartment was big, rooms were also nice and big. Very relaxing environment. The free shuttle to and from certain points in orchard and sentosa (during weekends) was very helpful especially for a group of 6 - didnt have to take a cab. Thanks for the experience shangrila apetments! Will definitely stay there when we go back in singapore.

Great location, so so facilities”
Location is just few minutes from Orchard Road, which is the biggest plus point. We booked one bedroom apartment, not that big: very small bathroom, no window that open, TV in the bedroom not working. You can find next by better deals. Also there is only a reception and swimming pool, if you want to use gym you need to go over Shangri-la Hotel. Weird thing the person who did the check in also deliver the luggage to the room. Minimum staff on duty. Shuttle service is ok to go to the metro, however in one occasion we waited more than one hour on our way back.

Friendly Staff and Great Location”
From the beginning to the end of our trip the stay as outstanding. Jimmy who checked us in was so friendly and kind to help us with advice and taxi bookings - was so accommodating to a large group of us and was more than we could ask for. The hotel was always clean, facilities were great - day spa on site which was a welcomed bonus. I’ve eaten at their high tea previously and I highly recommend it. It’s like none other that I’ve seen before. The apartment is conveniently located minutes walk from Orchard Road which I walked to and from almost everyday. Would definitely come back here.

Location is good, walking distance to Orchard Road and MRT station. Free washing and dryer machine are available. Breakfast in Shangri-la hotel. The breakfast have many choice and delicious. The room is big and comfort. But the decoration and facilities are too old. It's time for renovation, e.g. Electricity supply from the socket is not stable, the temperature of shower water keep going down, steam room is not working, no daily replenishment of shampoo and shower gel etc.

Exceptional”
First time stay at the apartments. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The location was not as convenient as some places we have stayed on Orchard however it was still close enough that it was not difficult to get anywhere. The pool was excellent. Heated and private we used it everyday. Overall the apartments were of a good size and we were very comfortable. The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and we were very appreciative of a pleasant holiday.
