Room service is very erratic, slow most of times. Have to ask for everything in the room..
Good location But room service needs bit of brush up They need to be bit generous in providing day to day things in the room like soap, tissues etc atleast in the suite...! We had to call every day for such things and bottle of water... I never had to do in other Shangri la hotels elsewhere. Things are refilled everyday. Also the toilet smelled of smoke which they took two days to clean up.

Relaxing and beautiful
Lovely hotel. Second time we've stayed here and enjoyed every minute. The hot water tap on the bath played up a bit - very low water pressure and takes forever to fill.
