Well managed, friendly, organized staff, and everywhere is always clean. Nice quiet location. The pool was great! This was our second stay at this location and there's nothing that would keep me from coming back. The Shangri-la is my go-to hotel in OCMD!

I wasn’t expecting there to be a whole kitchenette in the room, which was a nice surprise. good wifi, good location. very close to a lot of different things which is nice since I prefer walking over driving. the staff were wonderful, room was clean.
since I am a heavy sleeper, it didn’t bother me at all, but you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside. I stayed up a few nights to write lab reports once I finished up vacationing for the day, and I could hear all the little senior week high schoolers yelling and literally screaming at some points. most of them weren’t even guests, they were just walking around the streets being obnoxious. since I can sleep through anything, it didn’t bother me much. but wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers.
