The staff made all the difference. The receptionists were so welcoming, courteous and helpful.”
Samir was particularly helpful.. a very kind and caring person. I was sad to leave, he made me feel so at home all the time I was there...not forgetting the others though, they were all great people to meet, Eli, their employer and his family must feel so blessed to have such a great team of people in every department working for him.

Not at all like on the pictures”
This hotel is not at all like on the images here. Romms are dirty, with very old furniture. Our bathroom sink was blocked up and no one at the reception seemed to care. For the same price we stayed one other night at a much better Hotel also in Jerusalem. I do not reccomend it at all.

Great location, though room for some improvement”
location, breakfast, safety
I stayed here for 3 nights and have to say that the location is great, lovely breakfast each morning and the presence of the army officers added that sense of security (not sure if this is a permanent fixture). On to the cons - my room was not cleaned on the first morning. It was a major let down coming back from an all day tour after dark to find the room in the exact same state I left it that morning. I had to go to reception to request clean towels and toiletries. This was dealt with immediately but in my opinion it should not have happened in the first place. There was no point asking them to clean the room or made the bed as I was tired and just wanted to have a shower and go to sleep. I think the 4 star rating of this hotel is definitely over rated. The most I would rate it is about 3 stars. Also I believe it is way too expensive for what it is.

שירות לא מוצלח”
בחרנו במלון זה בשל מיקומו במרכז איזור הטיול שלנו. המטרה היתה להניח את הראש ובזה סיפק את הציפיה. מה רבה האכזבה כאשר מצאנו מייבש שיער שאי אפשר להפעיל כי כפתור ההפעלה שבור. רצינו לפנות לקבלה לקבל מכשיר אחר שעובד. היינו צריכים למחש כי המס' הוא (0) לקח זמן עד המענה של מוקד שאינו משרד הקבלה. הגשנו את בקשתנו. לקחו מאיתנו פרטים לא רלוונטים לעניין (שם מלא, מס' ת.ז.) כאשר מס' חדר אמור להספיק ואמרו שתוך 10 דקות יובא המכשיר. המתנו, ירדנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר כ-35 דק' ועלינו שוב ומכשיר לא הגיע. וכדי להשלים את התמונה עוד נעשה נסיון לחייב אותנו ב-3.5 ש"ח על שיחת הטלפון?! לקבלה?! על שירות גרוע?! מזל שהפקידה לאחר שהוסבר מה פשר ה"שיחה" ויתרה והתנצלה על הנסיון לגבות כסף על אוזלת יד של מערכות המלון.
