What's the point on advertising a room as DOUBLE if you get there and you are told "We are fully booked, I am sorry"? Booking is booking is booking. Just stick to what you can provide or simply don't provide; it's that simple. Comparisons are made based on what's offered and lying about what is available is detrimental for a fair competition. I was offered to refund, sure... and then you need to go an find a last minute place to stay. The offer is not really a solution, it's more of an added burden. Just never again to this place, is all. And sure as less as possible booking via Agoda.
