Studio 6. Bed was a double not a queen as advertised. TV smallest Ive ever seen. Broken light switches, window shades let in alot of light at night and early morning. Poor set out of furniture due to having two single beds in the room made it difficult to move around.

I booked as all the sites said it had wifi. IT DIDN'T. I had to pay 35 people - long weekend in Victoria. The housekeeping staff suggested I go to the beer garden next door as they have wifi. They advised it had been an ongoing problem for quite some time. In addition to that I had 2 teenagers with me wanting to be connected to the outside world. Never heard back from the owner. As always they are happy to take your hard earned $$$$ & provide squat. I will tell all I know to seek alternative accommodation & there's plenty of it in the area.

Almost 20kms to Spirit of Tasmania terminus was unexpected ( is advertised as Devonport area!) Difficult to locate due to GPS confusion with Shearwater Esplanade. No staff on site at arrival.... had to go to Resort to get key.....Frustrating after spending half an hour driving around the area! Dinner at Resort was reasonably priced, and of a high standard. Would have liked to stay longer; but were there only as an overnight stop before catching ferry next morning, for which we had to leave very early.

Was only booked for one night but very happy with the choice. Studio was light, airy and very clean. All facilities for tea/coffee and for cooking. Very clean BBQ area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Good choice of furnishings. Excellent television reception. Was a very peaceful, comfortable night.

Pleasant short stay convenient to ferry terminal”

We booked this place 20 mins from Devonport because we arrived off the day ferry and wanted a nearby place in NE Tasmania. The setting is a nice garden on an intimate scale. Though the notice for the cottages claims they are 'luxury', we found our unit to be clean but average. The bed and sofa bed were not very comfortable and the bed cover and pillow shams were heavy and not washable.

Very pleasant room and garden. Excellent service and beautiful neighborhood. A Supermarket and a bottle shop nearby so it was very convenient as well.

Top class, small friendly facility”

I have nothing but good to say about the Shearwater. From the well kept unit we were in to free wifi and laundry to small intimate setting. It was just great!!!

the cottage was surrounded by a lovely garden, and is near the local supermarket which is great if you want to cook in the unit. the cottage was well set out, and very comfortable. everything that you might need to use was supplied in the kitchen and even the bbq in the garden had utensils, sauces etc ready to be used. the hostess was very friendly and helpful providing us with lots of information. will definitely go back there if visiting again.

ビーチまでは徒歩10分くらい。スーパーや肉屋、酒屋は目の前にあります。 庭にはバーベキュー施設もあって、近くて買ってきた肉や野菜を焼き、ワインで乾杯。とても快適な滞在でした。オーナー夫妻もとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

房间很大，也很干净，但是离devonport还是有一段距离的。 服务很不错，有24小时的reception 唯一的却段是房间的私密性不是很好，由于是百叶窗，如果是有心人，还是可以从花园里看到房间的，不是很适合情侣
