"When we arrive at the hotel, we dont know that the swimming pool is under renovation and our children is so excited to play at the swimming pool but when we arrive it was close and under maintenance, until we check out it is still close, the reception told us that there is a swimming pool on the other Emirates Grand Hotel but we have to walk far and go on the opposite side of Sheikh Zayed road which is a hassle for us, we book a hotel for that purpose only and it is upsetting and disapponting."

"Our stay was amazing. They gave us a room with an amazing view of Sheikh Zayed Road and we could see the sunrise every morning, it was really beautiful. The room itself is spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a lounge area. Although the lobby area on the ground floor is still under renovation, it did not cause any disruption at all. However, waiting for the elevators is really dreadful, as it can take a while for any of them to arrive. Breakfast is satisfactory, but we wished there was a bigger spread given the number of guests every morning. Also, location is really good, it's near the metro station but one could get a taxi for a 5-minute ride to Dubai Mall. There were also many fast food chains and restaurants near the hotel should you get hungry at odd hours! "

"I booked this hotel from 29th December 2017 to 2nd January 2018 (4 Nights) for DSF (Dubai Shopping Festival) and New Year celebrations at Burj Khalifa. The hotel is at main Sheikh Zayed Road. At ground floor, TIM HORTON and Starbucks both having their independent cafes. Pizza Hut and Hardees are available in an adjacent building. It is very close to METRO STATION FINANCIAL CENTRE. I recommend for solo travelers. I booked a Panoramic View Room, but I got it at the back view of hotel, and not front view facing Burj Khalifa. Families can also live there, but please check whether booked suite has washing machine included in it. (My suite 1402 had no washing machine, but it has got a small kitchenette). Due to its location at main Sheikh Zayed road, taxis are readily available there. It is one metro station away from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. Umer from Pakistan"

"A returning guest for the 2nd time within the same year. If one is travelling on business the Sheraton is ideally situated near both the Metro station and across the road from the World Trade Centre. Further Business Bay is just a few stops down the road. Welcoming helpful staff, beautiful interior and good facilities. The lobby has a small cafe area and central seating which makes for a great meeting and socialising area. The rooms have chairs, work desk and electronic bathroom blinds. Roof top pool providing a spectacular view of Sheik Zyed road and an overall composition of Dubai including the Burj Khalifa. Onsite Jamaican bar/restaurant providing a mild taste of Jamaica/Caribbean. Spa rooms, bars, restaurants, front pick up service luggage and door staff etc. "

"The hotel facilities were excellent. But the best part is the service received from the staff. receptionist Mr. Sagor (i hope i got the name right) handled our check in and it was seamless. He is very professional, courteous and hospitable. the rest of the staff were also exceptional from the staff at the Gym reception, glow bar / pool staff and the F&B staff at the coffee Lounge and Eat & Meet restaurant during breakfast. The pool was not huge but it was good. Gym was also sufficient. The breakfast spread was one of the best we had. Overall an excellent property and highly recommended. Will definitely stay again in the future. Room tip: get a room with a view of the Sheikh Zayed Road"

Cons: the taxi persons were not yet familiar with the name of hotel tho hotel is located in good place. They drop at Mazaya shopping mall centre ENTRANCE instead of hotel. I think hotel shd give name of proper road. "
