Was left scared after kids broke into suites”
Arrived Friday afternoon and by 7pm a group of around 30 kids broke into suites and partied all night long they kicked in front door and then kicked in 2 other room doors within the accommodation they then went to kick our door in but I went out to them. Rang staff at hotel that own the suites and they moved us to the hotel. Some of the staff went out of their way to help us and some didnt. They refunded my money but no amount of money can make up for the fact we were kept awake and kept hostage in our room all night incase they broke into our room. I had gone to Liverpool to watch them play I've been a fan since I was 8 and it was a life long dream that got ruined

The worst hotel in my life”
It is the worst and most terrible guesthouse that my family have ever stayed. All furnitures is old and the whole room is extremely dirty that we cannot walk without socks. No codes for open the room was sent to us and no receptionist over the hotel.We have tried so long to make many calls to the number on the sign outside the hotel under the very cold wind ourdoor. It is our worst stay night in Liverpool.

Terrible stay. No instructions received for accessing room (there is nobody on site, codes are needed to enter doors but not provided). Booked a triple room for 3 young girls and arrived to a twin room. Hotel manager would only offer us a single room in a hotel a 25 minute walk away- not suitable since we needed to stay together and keep safe. They wouldn't provide a mattress or a fold out bed or duvet so 1 of us could sleep comfortably on the floor. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Absolutely disgusting customer service, totally unacceptable. The hotel tried to blame agoda saying they sent a reservation for a double room only but agoda confirmed this was not the case. We travelled to Liverpool for a show for my birthday which we missed due to the mess up with the room. I would avoid this hotel like the plague!

Excellent value hotel”
Value for money, lovely big room, nicely decorated.
Booked as a late minute stay to go to the football with my husband. Nice easy 15-20 walk to Anfield from hotel. Beautiful old big building.Lovely big room, table and chairs and settee an added bonus. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. Didn't use the kitchen, but would be great for someone wanting a longer stay. Only very small minor points are the steps, which would be difficult for an elderly person, and traffic noise at the front, but then you are in Liverpool and not the countryside!! Overall was very pleasantly surprised and would certainly recommend.

stay in Liverpool ”
The room had everything we needed.
The room stank of stale cigarette smoke which was horrible and we couldn't get the shower to work but luckily there was a shared bathroom that we could use. There was also no reception and we went not told that we would have to call to get a code to the front door or our room. This was given to us when we called the main number but would have been good to know before we arrived in the dark trying to locate the reception!

Schwaches Personal”
Einrichtung etc. waren top! Allerdings war das Personal katastrophal. Hatten Tage vorher per E-Mail angefragt wegen der Check in Zeit und haben 2 mal keine Antwort erhalten. Nachdem wir dort angerufen hatten, wurde uns gesagt das wir um 10 Uhr Einchecken können. Am Hotel angekommen haben wir an der Rezeption angerufen um unseren Zugangscode zu erhalten. Dort wurde uns dann gesagt das wir auf keinen Fall vor 14 Uhr Einchecken können! Da es außerdem keine Möglichkeit gab das Gepäck abzugeben, waren wir gezwungen unsere Koffer den ganzen Tag durch die Stadt zu schleppen! Fazit: Sehr schlechte kommunikation!
