They need more friendly people in front desk. guest should receive a great treatment .. specially we are escape from Stress work and we want to have a good time while away. Customer Service need to Improve.

Miserable hotel.”
Stayed 4 nights in a 'club' king room. Room 2406 (as a warning to others). There was a constant grinding/squeaking noise from some sort of service shaft 24 hours, which was very loud once the TV was off and trying to sleep, basically you need earplugs to stay here - we didn't have any so ended up using earbuds from our music players to try and get some sleep. Terrible experience given that the primary purpose of a hotel is to allow you to get some sleep. The room, as well as being small and stupidly expensive for the terrible location (downtown Brooklyn is - at the time of writing Oct 2016 - a massive building site and almost completely dead at night), was tired and bland with old chewing-gum stuck to the carpet etc. There is no fridge. The coffee/tea facilities were not replenished daily. During the stay I spoke to 4 different people at the front desk and only one of them briefly looked me in the eye, the others didn't look at me at all they just spoke down into their desk. Not one of them cracked a smile. It was the most miserable bunch of front desk staff I have ever encountered, the management of this hotel are quite clearly doing a terrible job of running the establishment and need brought to account. Finally the 'club' experience: we have been fortunate to travel to many areas around the world, and often in club rooms. The Sheraton Brooklyn is abusing the 'club' terminology, because whatever you may be used to at club level from other hotels around the world (including America) this is a JOKE. It is not 'club'. It is a poor imitation of continental breakfast, and a few cans of soda and a tiny nibble at a corner table of the restaurant in the evening. Laughably bad, they're basically stealing money advertising this as 'club', because it isn't. In short incredibly over-priced for a very poor experience.

Mini escape”
This was the perfect hotel for that mini escale I was looking for in the heart of downtown Brooklyn (shopping!) and to be inside a pool for most of my stay.
