Very good stay as usual, room was not as clean as it was in the past. The over night parking seems high, but typical for Denver. Checked in early however, seemed to take too long to actually get our room. Never can check in before 4p. Over all a great hotel & stay there every time we can when we are in Denver, perfect if you want ot enjoy 16th street. Close to shopping & all that 16th street has to offer. Yard house is in the hotel as well, however service is getting to lack over the years. All in all a great stay.

Super location with a great pool”
This is a large well located hotel with a great outdoor pool and well equiped gym. The room I had was huge with fantastic city views. The staff were helpful and very responsive to any questions by text which is a cool and quick way to communicate. Would happily stay here again.

Sheraton, Downtown Denver”
We had a great time here as the hotel is on the 16th mall and there is a free bus that takes you right down to Union Station, to the Light Rail stations and up to the Civic Centre bus station so using public transport (eg one can take a 10 min bus ride to Cherry Creek shopping mall) is so easy. There are good restaurants within easy reach, and the Art Museum is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is really big, and consequently, there is no sense of personal service - but that is just the nature of these types of places and not a complaint. The pool (outdoor) is great - so warm - and it stays open late for a swim before bed!

I have stayed here before and have been quite pleased. Ideal location for dinner, shopping and jumping on the 16th Street Mall bus to Union Station to connect to the A line (I didn't rent a car). Rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly.

The building is old and it shows. While I was using the restroom and my suite, The fire sprinkler above me started to leak at the base and rain down on me Flooding our bathroom and hallway in our Room. This was in the middle of the night. Recalled the front Desk and they moved us rooms without question But didn't offer any kind of other compensation. So we had to pack up all our stuff at 12:30 at night and move 2 floors up and they didn't even bring us a card to move our luggage. These rooms were very expensive I would have expected a little bit more out of a 5 star hotel.

I had to change room due to water noise inside the walls. Second room also noisy as windows are not double. Old strucuture. Not worth the price payed.

elevator problem”
i think this is under bad management hotel. internet is not working. elevator was bad. i was locked up in the elevator by myself because of out of order. after i got out i made complain 3 times but manager never showed up or called me for a apology.

i stayed five days. i had bad experience because i was locked up in the elevator for 30 minutes. even emergency alarm in the elavator was not working. manager did not care about it eventhough i reported 3 times.

Zentral an der 16th Street”
Ich kann das Sheraton in Denver Downtown wärmstens empfehlen, alleine die zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt der Hauptstadt von Colorado ist ein Grund das Hotel zu buchen. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben, die 23 Dollar Parkgebühr kann man gut in den vielen umliegenden Restaurants (u.a. Hardrock Cafe) und den Shops ausgeben. Kino und Entertainment Center sind ebenfalls in Laufentfernung. Aufgrund der Auto freien "Fussgängerzone" (nur durch Pendelbusse befahren) ist nachts kein Verkehrslärm vorhanden.
