Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport
Pay for the convenience.”
Can't beat the location, but you'll pay for it. Pay for a piece of mind and the extra hour of sleep you'll get if you have an early flight. If you have more time, there are options just as nice at half the price 10-15min taxi ride away.
Great location and service for airport access”
Great stay although it was only for a few hours before our flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with assistance for my baggage as I was travelling with a baby. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I had a great meal at the restaurant although the menu was my as extensive as I would have expected. I would definitely stay here again if I was in transit or had a late night/early morning flight.
Convenient hotel for a morning flight @ YYZ”
I stayed at this hotel for my morning flight as I know the Toronto Transit was not really great. I arrived at 9pm and check-in for 20 mins (not bad since it was a long queue). Room was spacious and TV was big. My stay was overall great except there are 2 things I dislike. One is that the internet is not included and second is that the fridge is not included. But, all in all, it was a quiet good stay.
Geat service and a great room”
We loved the comfortable bed! The check in staff were great and suggested that we up grade our room for $60. The breakfast and club house snack was fantastic. The hotel is right near the air port so we didn't have to travel far to check in. We will definatly stay at the Sheraton again.
Great hotel and location, but...”
Great hotel, but more than double any other hotel. I guess they can charge more than double for the convenience, but I think they have overpriced it too much
Usually very convenient”
Very strong service - couldn't fault our welcome and check-out. Certainly not the hotel's fault the Link train wasn't working, but a shuttle bus would have helped. Some aspects of the room are spectacularly luxurious (massive TV) but others were verging on shabby and some refurbishment wouldn't go amiss (peeling paint on bathroom door). Grateful for fabulous bed and late checkout. Would stay again.
Canadian traveler ”
Hotel location excellent for early morning flights. Be careful to check your visa account to make sure you are charged the same amount as your hotel invoice. We had an overcharge on our Visa account that was rectified once we advised the hotel of the overcharge. Would stay at this hotel again because of its location.
It was a great hotel to stay at after a long flight from Asia. The bed is very comfortable and the room clean. The room was surprisingly very quiet and could not here the planes from the airport. I would strongly suggest this hotel for anyone who just wants to sleep when arriving to Toronto without having to get a cab to a nearby hotel. The staff is quick and friendly as well.
All around great hotel. ”
Would definately stay again if a night layover is required. Checking in and out was quick. The room was great. Good selection from mini bar, very comfortable bed. The liniens were soft. The lounge was great. Great service and food. A bit pricie but none the less a real good place to dine.
Delivers as usual”
No real surprises here, it's an airport hotel but probably one of the best I've stayed at. Definitely better than HK for example but just about as good as Vancouver. Only inconvenience maybe is that you have to take the small train to the other terminal where Air Canada flies. Other than this the restaurant/bar is nice and not overly expensive and the rooms are quite big and the beds/pillows very enjoyable before you take a long-haul flight. Very happy and would always return if need to fly out from Toronto
Very convenient for overnight layover”
I was very pleased with my stay at Sheraton Gateway. Check in was fast and easy and I was able to get a good nights rest after a 14 hour flight. It's a little pricey for only an overnight layover but you can beat the location, you don't even have to walk outside to get to your room. I would stay there again.
Very convenient and comfortable hotel”
This is the perfect hotel for anyone flying out of T3 at Toronto's Pearson International Airport. You can literally walk from your hotel room right to your flight. Our room was much bigger than we expected and very comfortable. Staff were also very kind and helpful. My only critique is that while complementary tea was provided, there was no kettle available to boil water.
Great location, comfortable room”
I've been to this hotel several times. The fact that it is a 10 second walk to the airport is a huge selling point for a person who hates to get up early, but usually has to take 7 am flights. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. It's also great to be able to print off boarding passes in the lobby. The only thing that isn't really great is the restaurant. It doesn't have a lot of choices for vegetarians, and the food is very over priced. However, this is a minor point, and I will continue to stay in this hotel because of the location and comfort.
Busy Hotel but it works”
we stayed one night at the hotel, and was good value for money, busy but effecient and a great location. A good business hotel. The hotel did not offer free wireless and I think in this day and age that is should be included, particularly in a business hotel.
we both will departed toronto to us in a early flight at 7:00am. we believed this hotel is our best choise to stay (which in the airport terminal 3. we took the skylink to terminal one, and it's very good place to stay.
Super convenient right in terrminal 3, good beds”
Make sure you are at the terminal 3 gateway sheraton, the beds are comfortable and you really can't beat the location. If you need to be at YYZ (pearson) you really can't go wrong here. It is quiet and you can sleep.
Sheraton Gateway Toronto Pearson Airport”
I chose the Sheraton Gateway Toronto Pearson Airport since I was leaving the next day from the airport. Travelling with wife and two children ( plus a mountain of luggage ) is never enjoyable but to merely walk to the terminal train, travel 3 minutes and then walk to check in is a great plus in my opinion.
Sheraton Gateway Hotel”
It was really confortable to have stay at this hotel. The hotel had the best connection to the airport, which was actually within the Terminal 3 so that I could sleep relatively soon after the arrival!
Good for one nite stay”
Big room and just directly above airport
