Enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Grand, the food was awesome and so was the stay. But more than that was the hospitality, never seen this kind of hospitality in another 5 star, both locally and internationally. Arokya, the Director of food and beverage was so hospitable. Infact from the reception to the dining the staff were very hospitable. Manish, Jincy, Mallika at the reception, even the house cleaning guys were very sweet. Totally deserve 5 star and more. The property is beautiful on the beach. Highly recommend.

It was pleasant stay which exceeded our expectations. Rooms: We book the garden view room at L1 and it was good. The room was clean and spot free. Everything worked properly with no hitches. Food: We opted for the buffer dinner at THE REEF restaurant. It was a very good spread for dinner and the food was amazing. We were well attended to and a spl mention to Mr. Pravin and Mr. Amar. Both of them were excellent. Since it was my spouses bday, I had requested for some decor and cake. It was well taken care and the surprise at the room was nicely done. Exceed expectation. Credits to Ms. Meheka and team. If I had to knit pick issues, the check-in too a tad longer than expected. No complaints whatsoever.
