We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City. The location is incredibly convenient—directly connected to the Gandaria City Mall, which made shopping and dining super easy. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a great city view. The bed and pillows were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with quality amenities. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility of the housekeeping team—they cleaned our room according to our preferred timing. On one of the days, we returned late, and they still came to clean our room at 11 PM without any issue, which was really impressive. The food was another highlight. The chef was kind enough to prepare local dishes we wanted to try, such as Indonesian satay and Nasi Goreng Bontot. Their food was absolutely delicious and left a lasting impression—we’re still thinking about it! Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.
