Very strategic hotel, next to metro and the bloc. Clean and tidy all day. Starbucks at your room. There is additional fee for destination fee, probably because we are tourist check in using passport. They allow us to early check in.. its the best thing

I like this hotel because its in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The staff are very pleasing and accommodating, The room is very clean, nice and cozy. Lovely, but a couple of drawbacks”
The hotel is stately and the staff is terrific. For a hotel, the gym is quite well outfitted, too. I would highlight a few deficiencies, not all of which are in their control. 1. The bathroom is very very small, with virtually no vanity space. 2. The pillows are way too soft and don't support the head very well, making the night's sleep a bit unpleasant. 3. The nature of being downtown makes for a noisy stay...we heard sirens throughout the night, and down below at street level, there were repeated shouting of homeless people fighting with each other.

After a long drive-great reprieve. ”
Just what we needed after driving across the country. Location is great! There were many local facilities available. Had dinner at the hotel- amazing food. The room was so comfortable and clean. Parking is secure which you do pay extra for, but for what we needed I was happy to pay for it. I would stay here again in the future.

A little disappointing but overall good”
I didn’t really enjoy my stay initially, as expected of a Sheraton, I stayed for three nights. I’m a Hilton Honours member, and a recent Agoda Platinum member, and there isn’t a decent Hilton downtown. I chose Sheraton expecting quality service. Perhaps some hotel patrons had better experiences at the hotel but I did think I had a weird experience. They weren’t helping with meeting the expectations of my booking check-in time, and because I wanted to check in around the time of my booking confirmation, they suggested all check-in are after 4 pm or alternatively, the front desk suggested I “upgrade” to a room that was not what I paid for. I paid for a king sized room and king bed, and they were suggesting I “upgrade” to a room with queen double beds so that I could check in earlier. Doesn’t sound like an upgrade. I had a decent room (King sized room) in the end, it was quiet for a solo traveller. The staff eventually were accommodating, and they made up for poor service in the end. I may stay there again, perhaps with my partner as he travels more then me.

If you’re looking to stay in downtown Los Angeles then this is a really good location. You’re pretty much in the middle of everything but if you’re looking to stay closer to Hollywood or the beach then I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice location, You can go anywhere easily but there are a lot of homeless from intercontinental. And we had to pay destination fee per day which were not stated in Agoda, and there was no kind explanation from the staff what is the destination fee and what things can be covered by destination fee. Last, I hope the deposit can be returned as soon as soon as possible.

rude staff ”
rude staff when checking out. No one offered to help with luggages. Also, we asked receptionist for a carry back to take out food that we bought from their snack bar and they give me a big trash bag for it. Seriously? rolling out trash bag from the roll and give it your guest? I don’t think that a 5* hotel kind of service/manner
