This time, I traveled with my child without my husband, but we were able to enjoy a comfortable trip without any worries thanks to the great location of the Sheraton Hotel. The nearest station from the airport to the hotel is right in front of us, and shopping and sightseeing spots are within walking distance. The hotel staff provided polite service, which made us, as Japanese guests, feel at ease. The size of the room was sufficient, and after doing a lot of sightseeing, we made the right choice by opting for a room with a bathtub. Being able to stretch out our legs was fantastic. I recommend getting a room with a bath for those who plan to do a lot of sightseeing! If I were to give feedback, I did notice a bit of dust. It would have been nice if the refrigerator provided was operational. Since we stayed multiple nights, I wanted to chill some drinks, but there were many drinks available at a cost that I couldn't place inside, so I had to leave them at room temperature.
The location is wonderful, and the surrounding transportation options are convenient, making it easy to access anywhere. It has a sense of cleanliness, and the facilities and services are well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff was very kind and quickly provided the necessary support. Overall, I am very satisfied.
St. James Station is located just to the left of the Elizabeth Street exit (with an elevator). It is one station away from Circular Quay Station, two stations from Wynyard Station near Darling Harbour, and three stations from Town Hall Station. There is a bus stop across Elizabeth Street in front of the hotel, making it very convenient as a tourist base. The Sydney Tower is also nearby, and there is a food court on the 5th floor that is easily accessible. The room is impressive, featuring a spacious walk-in closet right at the entrance, along with a luggage rack (below which is a dresser). The bathroom includes both a shower room and a bathtub. The shower room door is solid, preventing any water from flowing into the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious as well, with a desk and two chairs, and there is a sofa in the corner where I had opened my suitcase. However, all the lighting in the bedroom is indirect, which makes it a bit dark for packing a suitcase on the sofa, which is unfortunate. (The lighting in the walk-in closet is bright, but it was not possible to open two suitcases there, so I placed one in the bedroom.) I stayed for three nights, but it seems that housekeeping is only done every three nights. Towel exchanges (towels to be exchanged can be left on the floor), garbage disposal, and toilet paper checks are done daily. Breakfast is served on the ground floor (the lobby is on this level). In addition to Western-style dishes, there are also Asian options; on the day of checkout, I had pho.

Room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Staff were extremely helpful, allowing a late check out and showed professionalism and great work ethic. Would definitely stay here again!
