Great service but”
They offer great service, I mean one of the best services so if your budget is enough to stay and expect highest quality of the services, this is the best hotel. The only reason I put 4 stars is that every service is bit pricey for the people who want to use it constantly.

Great location, nice rooms & beautiful gardens”
second time we stayed at the sheraton miyako hotel. will stay again. rooms quite large for japanese standards. most staff speak english. complimentary shuttle bus to jr meguro station every 15 minutes very convenient. health club has sauna and big bath - very relaxing after a big day. beautiful, peaceful japanese gardens very nice (our room had a garden view). some staff members remembered us from our previous trip and made us feel very welcome. reasonable priced ample buffet breakfast. located close to convenience stores, restaurants and both jr and subway lines.

great hotel and service”
i come to the sheraton miyako tokyo hotel a lot as an spg member, but i found out it can be cheaper sometimes through agoda. they gave benefits through axeda that i couldn't get with spg too. overall, nice comfortable rooms with good service all the time. i recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful stay. there's a free shuttle bus that takes you and back from meguro every 15 minutes or so. very convenient to get on the jr line and go anywhere in japan.

I have been to stay in Miyako chain in Japan a lot. Lovely in Service , Location and resonable price. Sheraton Miyako Tokyo have a good service for Prepare Shuster Bus for all guests from Station to Hotel. Comfortable for limousine bus stop for Airport.

Nice hotel, but make sure to ask for non-smoking”
We flew into Tokyo and booked one night at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel before taking the train to Kyoto and Osaka. The hotel room was a bit small, but very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't have any non-smoking rooms left, but since the hotel cleans the air in every room, our smoking room didn't smell too bad. We had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning, but wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood as the food was just so-so. The orange juice and coffee were good, but it would have been better and faster to eat at the train station. The hotel is really close to Shinagawa Station, so we were able to get going on our way fairly easily. Would stay here again if we need to be close to Shinagawa.

Luxurious and peaceful hotel”
Miyako Tokyo is comfortable and pleasant. I definitely will recommend to anybody who wish to tour Tokyo. The hotel provide shuttle bus at 15 min. inter to nearby Shinagawa and Meguro stations. Shirokanedai station is 5-10 min walk away. Connection by subways to all part of Tokyo is convenient.Do not go for cheap hotel that is one third the price, but then the room size and quality is also one third.

Great hotel with great services”
We stayed for more than a week at sheraton miyako tokyo and it was great. The limousine bus service does stop here so it is convenient for us because we bring few large baggages. And also it has shuttle bus service to shinagawa & meguro station every 15 minutes, so it is very convenient for the guests. We ordered room service for japanese food and the food was great. The staffs were very attentive & friendly & helpful. The hotel also has a convenient store at the lobby floor since the closest mini mart is about 8 minutes walking distances so if you need to buy something you can just go to the conv store in the lobby. Its garden is also beautiful. Overall we will stay again here next time.

Confortable Hotel”
Despite being far from the convenience store, Sheraton Miyako Hotel makes up for it for the Free Shuttle Bus every 15 mins going to Meguro or Shinakawa Station. Airport transfer is also not a problem because they have the airport limousine. As for the food, we haven't tasted it since we didn't book w/ breakfast room. Cleanliness is top notch and the staff is accomodating. I would love to stay here again since it is very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheriton, Miyako. Although not situated in the main tourist areas, this was no real disadvantage as the regular hotel shuffle was available to take guests to the near-by train stations. We were particularly grateful to the ladies serving the concierge desk, and most especially to Mayumi Baton. She spent considerable time and effort in helping to arrange our touring to the Alps area - booking tickets, advice on itineraries, detailed print-outs of bus stations ( so we could find them readily) - even sitting with us, with considerable patience, outside working hours. Excellent service, indeed!

Helpful Concierge & Convenient Shuttle”
Saito, our Concierge, was extremely helpful in providing maps and schedules, train fare info, nearby restaurants. Her English was excellent (which came in handy as it's tough finding English speakers as you are running around town, although everyone is so polite and tries to help.) I'm a DIY gal so I had Googled directions for everything myself already, but thought I'd just check with concierge to make sure my directions were good. Saito found many ways to get to places faster, had much better maps to everything. Even though I thought we had a quirky itinerary (see Sightseeing Tips) as this trip was all about my boys, Saito knew everything. She also helped us find a doctor (downstairs clinic) when my son's asthma started acting up from the cold weather. Sheraton has a very convenient Shuttle every 15 minutes to and from Meguro JR station. Lots of restaurants near station. Booked a triple room on Agoda for $200USD per night and thought it was a decent price. I wasn't able to get a Triple room directly from SPG site. Rooms were fine. Most TV stations in Japanese. Bathrooms were very clean, but could use updating. Lobby has view to beautiful trees which were dusted with snow during our stay. Gorgeous!

This was a very nice sheraton hotel, large rooms and comfortable. Great service and helpful staff. Not the most central location for Tokyo, but 15min shuttles to town and train station mean this is not a problem. A very enjoyable stay, would stay there again.

Gorgeous Hotel with Excellent Service”
this easily ranks as one of the best hotels that i've ever stayed in. the lobby spaces are beautiful and functional. the staff were extraordinarily helpful - a number spoke good english. the concierge was very well organized with maps and directions to most anything in tokyo. free shuttle is provided every 15 min to meguro train station --- mornings to shinagawa shinkansen station. . our room was well appointed and had a great view. there are four restaurants, a japanese garden, health club with indoor swimming pool, a wedding chapel, and several shops right on site. for a high-end hotel, the price was very reasonable.

A retreat in a vibrant city”
We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the hotel. We were impressed with the room, the garden, and the service. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, where we can see a different side of Tokyo. Shuttle service to Meguro and Shinagawa provides much convenience. At Shinagawa, we can take the train and get to the Haneda airport in around 20 min. Do note that like some other hotels in Tokyo, you need to pay a fee to use the swimming pool.

Spacious, modern, clean rooms”
Upon arrival the hotel quickly processed our information and got us to our room. As mentioned, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is not in the heart of the city, but it is close to a train station. I work in Nagoya and travel to Tokyo a few times a year and often stay in the heart of the city when I do visit. This was my first time staying in this part of the city and I liked the feel of it. It was not as hectict as places like Shinjuku and Ginza and was quite relaxing. We got a much nicer hotel for the price than we expected. We did not dine in the hotel, and so I cannot rate the restaurants.

Good stay, big room, comfortable bed”
This was a great bargain from Agoda. The room was very large by japanese standards and comfortable. The decor was very outdated, but the room was clean and in good condition. The level of service provided by all staff was excellent. Location is close to Shinagawa station and is within walking distance of Roppongi and Tokyo Tower. There are subway stations close by also.

Wonderful service-espcially the concierge!”
the room was larger than we thought it would be. older hotel which needed some updating. the japanese garden was a nice plus right behind the hotel! we did not know it was there. the spa was unusual compared to america, and cost a lot per day. we only went to swim once. the restaurants have really good food, but a little pricey. the service was really great! from the front door to the cleaning lady-no problems at all! the concierge was we used almost daily! they made the trip really easy and got us everywhere we needed to be and how much it would cost and time. they booked our tours and all of it worked out perfectly! they work really hard and they are all very very nice! i would recommend this hotel if they go to tokyo. we enjoyed our first visit to japan! thank you

My stay at Sheraton waw really cool... had a comfotable rest because they have big rooms with comfotable beds... consierge are very helpful and accomodating to us regarding our restaurant reservations and gives comorehensive information regarding our do it yourself tour... there is a shuttle that runs every 15 mins to nearest teain station that makes it.comfirtable for us to go to tourist destinations..love this hotel.

Convenient because of hotel shuttle bus”
Although far from the Shinagawa and Meguro Station, we appreciated the availability of the shuttle bus to nd from hotel every 15 minutes and it made our travel in Tokyo so easy. On our first night, we experienced an earthquake but since we did not sensed any commotion within the hotel, we felt quite at ease. Also, when we inquired from the reception, they said it's just normal in otel makesJapan so our anxiety subsided. Room was very clean and comfortable and welcoming after long-day trips. One downside though is that there is no free bottled water.

One of the best Sheratons ever”
I stayed in many many sheratons worldwide but this one had the best service so far!! And the fecilities at the Sauna and SPA are just so amazing. Really give heads up to all the staff! Breakfast was also heaven! They there are unlimited yumyum blueberries!
