If you're not doing valet parking, be prepared to drop off luggage in registration; then drive your
If you're not doing valet parking, be prepared to drop off luggage in registration; then drive your car down the street to park. To return to the Sheraton, you need to walk thru the Crowne Plaza, Food Court and Play Zone to get back to the Sheraton. Then you pay $30 per day, plus tax for this poor set up.

Wonderful hotel, amazing views
We had a 2 night stay in Fallsview room. The room was clean and well appointed. The view from our room was awe inspiring! We could sit, enjoy a coffee and just look at the Falls. Also enjoyed fireworks from our room. Staff were all friendly and attentive. I would recommend spending a little extra and getting a Fallsview room- well worth it!

Excellent hotel recommend it for any couple staying in area.
I would recommend hotel very clean staff friendly and courteous. Stay was comfortable and would recommend eating in hotel.

Wrong room
We got the wrong room and when we went down stairs they said no more rooms . Then why change are room with out telling us ! Also I got charged twice . But got my money back . Buffet has poor selection
