My stay at the Hotel”
The hotel is really good. Staff very kind and rooms are clean and in order. Wonderful garden. Sea water is warm and clean and Beach is sandy and well kept. Breakfast is at buffet, really wonderful with a wide choose of both local and continental cooking. Also the Restaurants of the hotel are really good. On the beach are easy reachable pubs and little restaurants, also italian. I sure will go back.

Stayed at this place just before COVID19 lock down. This place was superb. We've moved over from another resort as there was no rooms available initially. Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment here. View was breath taking, children friendly, breakfast was awesome and very clean. Will definitely come here again.

Staff are very welcome and listen to our demand and needs. We've enjoyed our last stay at sheraton. Everything pleasent just minor for improvement is about ants and bugs and check in process was too long we waited bout 1 hours. Overall sheraton lombok has provided the best service.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and fascinated by how friendly the staff are. The room is spacious, furnitures are old but nice and clean. It has smart TV too, but the Wifi a bit slow. Pool areas are wonderful, restaurant foods are tasty, and we love the breakfast! My kids love to play on the private beach.

Great hotel in Senggigi”
Had unpleasant experience at the beginning. Booked 2 rooms and we have 2 toddlers and 1 baby in total. A lady name Yuni/Yani checked us in and she gave us a room in building 5 level 3. Room 5345 to be exact. She is well aware that we came with 3 kids, two strollers and big luggages for our whole trip and yet still gave us a room thats very far from the lobby, plus we had to take a stair up. Found out later that she is the front desk manager! Im surprised that a front desk manager doesnt have that common sense to assign us a room thats more convenient. We made a complaint and another manager named Asri managed to move us to 2332 and 2331 which is so much better. Thanks Asri and the rest of the hotel team for making our stay memorable. Overall the hotel is great. With superb pool and great breakfast choice. Piano guy is very special make sure to keep him! Just wish the hotel have a kids club/activity sometimes.

Hotel beach with amazing sunset”
The sunset at the hotel is truest amazing. It was not windy so we stayed on the beach for a long time. The beach is not white soft sand and the sea is not that blue and clear. But it’s nice enough. The hotel garden is very pretty and we just stayed at the hotel as the ferry journey was very exhausting. Hotel facilities are old but still ok. Staffs are very nice. Good variety of breakfast.

Speechless”
This was my second time here. Had a bad experience the first time but thought of giving them second chance and my kids love the pool. However i guess their room really need major renovation. Shower head fell off the handle and toilet smells bad. Wonder whether they actually clean the room or not after previous guest cos they must be complaining due to the same issue. I really have nothing more to say abt this hotel. But ad usual pool, breakfast n staff are great

Great hotel at great location. Restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast with piano is amazing. Always appreciating the pianist. Staff at the concierge should be better in service. May be due to long holiday and shortage, not enough concierge staff to help promptly. Otherwise it is good

Nice breakfast, Engaged and helpful staff, They have clean and nice rooms. Close to the center. There are nice restaurants around. It has an ordinary beach, a beautiful pool. The best thing in the hotel is the pool attendant Mr Udin!. He always came to our aid with a smiling face.. Special thanks to me, my wife and my friends. Sheraton Hotel is very lucky to have such an employee.

This was our first time to Lombok. The Sheraton was a beautiful place to stay. The grounds were beautifully kept, the beach was right there, the pool was amazing, and the staff were wonderful. The gym did need some work improvements, but other than that it was a wonderful stay .

lovely hotel with perfect beach and pool”
we stayed for 2 nights in sheraton senggigi lombok. we came in on the low season period so ots pretty empty and quiet. we booked the superior pool side and we think they gave us free upgrade and automatically we became the starwood membership program. room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly it wasnt old at all (i read alot review that mentioned the room is old). we had the 1st floor room, building 3, so the room has small terrace that facing direct to the pool. the swimming pool is big with nice design. this hotel also has private beach, but the water is not crystal clear. the good thing is no local people who try to sell you stuff. so you can relax and enjoy the beach by yourself. we even came out to enjoy the breeze in the evening by the beach. breakfast is superb. alot of varieties of food, loving the pancakes station and local food. when we are in lombok, for sure we will stay in sheraton senggigi lombok.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Senggigi. Upon check-in we were informed that they only had twin sharing rooms available but upon request, they were able to accomodate our request to have a single queen/king sized bedroom instead. Our trip was mainly a diving trip so we loved the convenience provided with having a divecentre (Scuba Froggy) right at the doorstep of Sheraton Senggigi from the beach. In our free time, we got to use the other hotel facilities which we found to be adequate and functioning well still. There was a 24 hours small gym which was connected to a steam/sauna plus jacuzzi. Tennis court, spa as well as swimming pool. I would recommend this beach resort to couples as well as families with kids. I am definitely coming back to stay on my next trip to Lombok.

A gorgeous and grand hotel”
I loved this hotel. It had a wonderfully grand, old world feel to it. The gardens are breathtaking, with some gorgeous trees and plants, better than Kew Gardens. Wandering around I felt like I was in paradise. The beach is not the best in the world, the sand is not so white and the water not so clear. But it was pleasant enough. You may find it hard to get a sun lounger if you arrive at the beach after lunch. The pool is lovely, one if the nicest I've seen. The reception area and restaurants are luxurious. You definately feel like you are in a five star hotel. The rooms are a bit tired, but clean and spacious with everything you will need. Comfy beds, fluffy bathrobes, mini bar ( room to store your own drinks in too), good array of toiletries (although no shower gel), lots of lighting, big choice of tv channels, room service menu, terrace or balcony with seating. The location at the edge of town is great, only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. It's about an hour and 15 mins from the airport and cost about £10 by taxi. I previously stayed at the Novotel in Kuta and I much preferred The Sheraton. And I liked Senggigi. I had read bad things and expected it to be ugly and big and horrible. But it's a small pleasant town. The Novotel and the Sheraton are roughly the same price (£70-£84 per night when I booked) so I think The Sheraton is way better value. There are not many places in the world that you can stay in a grand five star hotel right on a beach for under a £100 a night. I will certainly be back.
