Enjoyable and restful stay”
Was pleasantly impressed at the range of baby facilities available in the hotel including a UV steriliser and baby bed guard! The room service was thoughtful too. The staff arranged the pillows in the way they were found (which were placed in a manner to prevent my baby from dropping off the bed) after room cleaning and my finishing shampoo/cleanser bottles were made too down so as to facilitate usage. The breakfast was great, the view was awesome and the location was convenient. It’s walkable to the train station and a shopping mall. I love the stay. Thank you for making my first trip to Korea an enjoyable one.

Good value for money”
Compared to other 5 star hotels in Seoul, I felt this hotel delivers better value for money. Room service menu prices were reasonable, the breakfast buffet extremly rich in choice. Sindorim Subway station and Hyundai department store directly reachable via elevator, also mentionable the SPA service which seemed to be very professional (I had facial treatment, body treatment and thai massage). Also the sauna area is extremly nice as it delivers extraordinary view on Western Seoul. Also available are Pilates lessons and a screengolf area. Pretty sure I will come back.

Best view, excellent club level & fitness center”
The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel is a top notch hotel with excellent views and amenities. The hotel is located on the upper floors of the Seoul D Cube City shopping complex. There are no tall buildings immediately next to the complex, thus, the views from any window are excellent and uninterrupted. There is a subway stop connected to the complex which makes for easy traveling. The best features of the hotel were the club level lounge and the fitness center. The lounge had the best breakfast and happy hour food selection I've ever experienced out of the many club/executive lounges that I've encountered. The food was constantly refreshed and the view over the city was fantastic. The happy hour food was so filling and delicious that it filled me up and I didn't need to go out and have dinner! The fitness center was very well equipped with ample cardio equipment, lots of weight machines, a free-weight area, a room for fitness classes, and a stretching area. The lap pool was also very nice. The staff at the hotel were excellent and spoke perfect English. They were very helpful and always engaging. Perhaps the only disappointment was the value of the hotel. It is an expensive hotel, and even though the view from our room was spectacular, the size of the room for the price seemed small. This was my first stay in Seoul, so perhaps it is just the standard to have small, expensive hotel rooms in a city with such a high standard of living. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Would like to say a big thank you to all the staff of Sheraton D Cube City hotel for making our stay at Seoul a wonderful and comfortable experience! Thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading us to a big comfy room with pretty view and for the birthday cake for my boyfriend. It was a pleasant surprise! :) Thanks to the housekeeping staff for making our room clean and tidy. My boyfriend and me enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City hotel and we hope we can visit it again some time in the future!

Good stay for in city”
Good 5 star hotel in city.. a bit far from center of seoul but does not matter. Great room design, big size room and bathroom with great view of seoul city. The hotel provide many good facilities for guests, value with your money , near transportation and very convenient by located in the same building as D cube Department store, lots of restaurants, hotel staffs are helpful and fast checkin.

Fantastic hotel”
Sheraton J cube is very well located to a major shopping centre. It is connected to the train station via Sindorim train station basement 1. Basically, it is well equipped with in house clinic + pharmacy. Dining is 24 hours. It also practices "go green". U get won vouchers for dining in the hotel or you can exchange it for rewards points from the hotel.

One-stop Hotel”
The Sheraton D Cube is conveniently located in the same building as the D Cube Department Store, where it houses offices, stores (for shopping), a food court, and an array of restaurants. Located in Guro district, it might not be the most convenient spot for tourists who would like to be near more popular areas such as Myeongdong or Gangnam (approx 20~30 minutes taxi ride). The D Cube Building is just a few paces away from Sindorim station, though, so that should prove to be a convenient way to navigate the city. The hotel has amenities one would expect from a 5-star hotel, thus making it ideal for business travelers. Also would recommend it to families traveling with kids who are only after mall shopping and a good hotel experience.

Birthday trip”
The stay was awesome. I was having my birthday in Seoul and the staff of the hotel prepared birthday card, birthday cake and air balloons for me: it was very sweet. The room was spacious and bathroom was just huge and very well maintained. The only funny thing: tooth brush (that is usually complimentary) was supposed to be paid for like minibar. Romm itself was not very new (carpet had some tear and wear issues) but in general quite well maintained. Cleaning is very good and in general the staff is very friendly, attentive and the English level is quite impressive. In the same building there is a huge shopping mall, restaurants,farmacy and the underground station is just on the B1 floor. The location is not central, but very convenient if you take underground and quite close to the airport (if you take a bus). In general awesome experience, I would definitely come back again.

Very nice view of Seoul from the Hotel ”
It's not easy to find a hotel in Seoul city centre with big rooms. We were very impressed by this hotel room size as we could fit in 3 big suitcases and lots of our shopping in the room! There's airport shuttle available right in front of the hotel entrance which's very convenient. The access to metro is easily as there's a tunnel linking the hotel and the station. The view from the lobby is superb! Since it is one of the highest building in Seoul, you can enjoy the night view while having a nice drink in the lobby lounge!

One of the best among all”
Sheraton in Seoul Location is a little way out of town but great for the airport. Fantastic hotel with plenty of facilities. The pool with the pool deck area is large enough and sauna area were lovely for us to relax. The rooms were great and clean, service couldn't be faulted by any of the staff we spoke to. There is a mall downstairs which is a fun way to spend an hour or so exploring. It's a great hotel.

good location but a bit pricey!”
Great place to stay because it has a good location. The subway station leads right to the hotel and there is a shopping mall connected to this place so there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops to visit. Especially a good choice when the weather is hot/humid/rainy/snowy/cold!! However, in terms of price.. It is a bit pricey compared to the services/facilities/view etc! For those of you who want a beautiful view of the city, you might want to try out another hotel because this one doesn't have a great view!

New spacious hotel”
Rooms are spacious,new and modern. Although a little bit remote from the city centre, can travel very conveniently as the hotel is on top of 2 subway lines which can go to the city centre arond 30 minutes. Staff are helpful and responsive. Before our stay, we sent request to the concierge and arranged our departure transportation. All was done with efficiency and as per our requirement.

Love it to bits. ”
I enjoyed my stay here a lot. It's super near Sindorim Subway Station. Shopping Mall is just below. Nice gym and swimming pool. Staffs speak good english. Very spacious room, and I love the bed. Breakfast spread is good but the breakfast ends too early. Simply love my stay. Will definitely come back when i'm back in Seoul.

best value for a 5-star hotel”
Value for money as this is a newly opened hotel and all the decor looks modern and new. All rooms are with good view as the hotel occupies floor above 28/F. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is when we checked in at the reception, there was a group of airline staff checking out and we waited for a while since there was only 2 staff working. Further, they cannot provide us rooms with 2-bed as we were told the hotel was very full even we reserved a double room.

5-Star Sheraton's Warmth”
There is nothing better done correctly than to have staff who treat you warmly and professionally and those frontliners speak good English. From the Bell Service to the Reception to the Dining Restaurant, not forgetting the House Keeping Department, they treated us very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Location was it! Right below the hotel is train station, Hyundai Shopping Mall with a wide variety of cuisines at the food court in the lower floor, if a guest opts for something at a simpler and less costly. Taco Bell & McDonald are there too. A 24 hour convenient store is located on the Ground Floor. An excellent hotel to hold any functions or just to come and stay during holidays!

the view of the city beside the bath tub was splendid! The staffs were very conversant with english. one thing though, at certain parts of the room, the lights were pretty dim. its great for young couples but might not be so good for the elderly who cant see properly
