It was not simple bisness trip. I had to meet with a lot of persons. I had been executed objectives completelly as I booking Sheraton near Gallery I think. I needed quick internet to solve a lot of problem and I had it in the room. Further a having pool in hotel admited me to have a rest and recondition. Thankrs I lived near Galery I have been able to buy presents to my kids.

My stay at Sheraton Hotel is pleasant. 1. Hotel room is nice. But I think the carport in the closet area can be changed to tiles to make it easy to clean & at higher hygiene level. 2. Staff at the Hotel are all friendly & courteous. Friendly staff, clean rooms and not to far to galleria.”

The rooms are clean and well set out, good size with plenty of room. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the Galleria. The restaurant is clean and has nice food. Worth the stay.

Great location for shopping”

The Hotel was perfect for our 1 day stay as we wanted to shop and there is no better place than The Galleria. The centre is a short walk round the corner from the Hotel. If you are feeling really lazy the concierge will drive you. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms more than adequate. Taxis are a little expense from the airport $55 -$60 the shuttle is $24 although we were put offby the staff as they do the rounds of the Hotels. There were 2 of us to share the cost so not much real saving taking the shuttle. We dined at the Grand Luxe also round the corner it was good people watching and good food. The Galleria of course has a food court so plenty of options for dining.

fabulous hotel with spacious room”

The hotel was very clean and the room big. It was near the Galleria but because of the road works it was hard to walk. There's a lot of traffic in that area 4-5 lanes each way but you couldn't hear it from your room. I was surprised that complimentary WIFI was not part of the package. Every other hotel I've stayed at the WIFI is free. You need a car to get around as there's no public transport in the area. The hotel provides free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. I would not stay there again because there is nothing around the hotel area eg Walgreen etc for snacks and drinks.

Nice and comfortable hotel”

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Short walking distance to Starbucks if breakfast not included in package. Short walking distance to the Galleria Mall and some other smaller shopping areas.

Location, Location and Location”

Excellent location. 5 mins to the galleria. Slightly dated facility but still a good 4-star hotel.

Free Shuttle to the Galleria but close to walk”

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very freindly. The mall is close but if you have too many things you bought then there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel We spent alot of time there so there is many things to do and eat. The hotel itself is ok the rooms are very clean and the internet was quick. We stayed here before our cruise so it was more of a place to relax and shop a bit.

well maintained old hotel and very clean”

Nice little hotel that has seen its better time I think. Swimming pool is so small (not that I went for swimming), on the last day there's water leaking from the bathroom ceiling like pouring rain. Over all, staff very helpful and cleanliness of the room is superb.

Spacious room and rather convenient location”

Check in was smooth. Some of the staff there are really friendly and helpful. Room is really spacious and clean. However, note that they only give one complimentary bottle of water in the room for 2. Location wise, it is walk-able to the shopping mall. There's a Starbucks nearby as well. If you drive, parking is expensive at the hotel. Breakfast was alright only, but not bad.

Hotel ideal pour les business travellers, proche d'une des zones industrielles de houston. Egalement a quelques centaines de metres du 'Galleria shooping center'. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et tres bien equipees. Toutes les chambres sont non-fumeurs, de meme que le reste de l'hotel. Piscine un peu petite mais sport center tres bien equipes. Le restaurant est plutot cher est moyen. Le petit dejeuner est indigne d'un hotel de ce standing
