At least the room was clean”

The hotel is dated, the elevators (3 total) were never all functional so there was always a long wait. No amenities, no housekeeping service while we were there (4 days - no clean towels, no coffee maker refresh, nothing). Room was clean when we arrived, but the rest of the hotel experience was disappointing.
