Good hotel ”
The place is clean , well maintained and the staff knows what they are doing . Breakfast is good and you can order meals via room service , they are fast and the meal is decent if you are looking for western food . Indian food is great and price is reasonable . The location is perfect if you are looking to be in a central location in Delhi . Uber is perfect if you want to get around and most of the drivers know the location. Will come back for sure .

Surprised to see Shervani started charging for every single thing. Basically, the price has increased but all other facilities are removed. They started charging for ice as well..LOL. I am a regular guest of this hotel for last 5 years but first time experienced such weird rules. They are trying to recover the COVID loss by charging for the water and ice :P No wonder if they charge you separately for the hot water too.

They charge you for simple stuff like slippers and dental kits. Parking is not on premises but on the road. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you care about nothing but location.

I stayed here because it was recommended by a traveler I met. Big mistake. This hotel may have been nice 10 years ago but now is falling apart. There is a lonely dark vibe going on there. No smiles at all. Would not go back.

Wonderful Service With A Smile”
the other reviews i had seen on the internet had set a high bar for shervani hotels, regarding the cleanliness and the service. the staff at shervani nehru place exceeded all of those expectations! i stayed there on my first trip to india -- because i did not know all of what to expect in delhi, i chose shervani nehru place instead of either of the other locations. the only reason i would recommend either of the other locations is that they are more central than the one in nehru place. however, one may make one's way to connaught place (rajiv chowk) easily on the handy metro line nearby -- the metro station is five minutes from the hotel, and rajiv chowk is fifteen minutes' ride from nehru place. the complimentary breakfast buffet features mostly indian vegetarian food with a few european / american dishes. both types are good, and it provides options for those of us who love indian food and those who are unable to tolerate spiciness. in short: shervani nehru place was amazing!

Peace in the big city”
Few days in the big city of Delhi after a long time i was a bit anxious as i know how Delhi can be hot, noisy.Decided to book in an hotel near by Nerhu place cause it was at the center of all the places i had to visit.The Shervani hotel was really better than expected, real quiet and confortable, the staff was really charming.We did booked a club room, great size, on the first floor.It was just a pleasure to go backe to the hotel after a long day around the town.

Convenient location and good value Delhi hotel”
This is my fourth trip to Delhi and my fourth hotel. I will not be looking for another hotel however as the Shervani Nehru Place hotel has everything that I needed including a good location within walking distance to a number of restaurants, comfortable room, good wifi and responsive management.

Excellent stay for business trip”
The stay at Shervani Nehru Place was excellent. The location was awesome. This was a work trip for me and the office was just walking distance away from the hotel. Plus, a lot of amazing shopping places were also very very close by so I did manage to drop in quickly after finishing work each day. Markets like Greater Kailash were awesome and again walking distance away.

The first impression is the clean and neatly laid out lobby and entrance. Located on the Nehru place crossing, this is a business hotel. The rooms are clean and have decent storage space. The Manager was kind enough to allot us a Nano room and a deluxe room, where in we had booked from the Agoda site for two standard rooms.Breakfast is excellent and service quality is very good. Overall a comfortable stay. In house dining is bit on the expensive side. However we were lucky to get buffet spread on the night as due to conference party. Recommended for family stay.

I always stay at this hotel for a variety of reasons, its well connected to almost any part of Delhi by a metro that is just 10 steps away from the Hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff are like family, the breakfast spread is good considering that all kitchens were closed in New Delhi due to some fire issue all over the city.

This was my 2nd time stay at this hotel - I will always love to choose this hotel while my stay at Delhi cause of the cleanliness of the hotel, staff are really friendly and attentive. The food was amazing - my kids just loved it. My booking was from 9th Apr-13th Apr'14 but due to some unavoidable reason I couldn't reach at that specific time and I called the hotel directly and requested them to change the dates from 10th - 14th Apr'14......that manager was very kind and he has changed our dates -which was really a very big help for me and it shows the flexibility and cooperation from the hotels side. I will always prefer to stay at this hotel and compare to other Indian hotels - this is a super duper hotel for staying.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the SHERVANI HOTEL.The welcoming and homely service given by all the staff was admirable.Rooms are spacious and very neat.Location is ideal.close to metro and auto richshaw and taxis are easily available.The gentlemen in reception were extremely helpful and pleasant.My heartfelt gratitude goes out to the the restaurant manager for going all out of his way to assist a solo female traveller.Thank you to all for making my stay pleasurable and comfortable.

Great Experience”
The stay was very pleasant. I had booked myself in the Club Room and the room was fantastic. Huge room with a lot of space and a very clean washroom. The only disappointment was the hotel has withdrawn the facility of providing soft drinks and small snacks as promised for each user of the Club Room. My only contention is that if you have withdrawn these services from October 2014 then dont continue promoting the same. Due to some work I was in my room and had skipped lunch, so around 4 pm i called them up to check where they are serving the soft drinks and the snacks to the club room users, the hotel said they have withdrawn this policy in October 2014 but they will check with the GM and come back to me. Till posting this review they have not come back. I would definitely stay there again but my only issue is please stop publicising what you cannot provide.

Nice hitel with friedly staffs”
We booked 2 Club Premium room but when we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that they won't be able to give us the room we booked cause the locks are not working in those rooms. They offered us a suite in another of their hotel, we just moved from that hotel to another hotel which I didn't liked cause we were travelling with children. The other hotel they offered was old and not clean enough for our stay. We had to come back to Nheru Place hotel and chked-in Club room for that night. When the hotel General Manager came to know that we are Rolls Royce client and guest, he offered us Club Premium Room( didn't find the room key was not working????) and he said that they can't offer another Club Premium Room cause in their hotel, they have only 01 Club Premium Room but in the net for this room type - they are showing they have 6 rooms available............this was very annoying and confusing for us . We trust agoda very much but this type of thing will be happening was very much not expected. I think agoda should check with hotel before they offer it to the customer ????
