"This apartment was conveniently located near Shilin Mrt, about 3 mins walk from the Exit to Fude road, look for the building “Joetsu” and the apartment was just behind after passing by a cosmic shop. Although the room was small for 2 persons, but the bed was clean & very comfortable to sleep on. Once reached, just use the telephone to contact the staff to open the door for you. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to Shilin Night Market, Cixian Temple and Modern Toilet Restaurant (Wenlin Road) from this apartment. Also, it was easy to find 7-eleven, family mart, coffee shops and cafes too. Overall, it was value for money for a few days stay. "

"Generally speaking, the hotel is clean and tidy, and its staffs are friendly and helpful. I do find that you might be able to block the noises from outside the building, but you can hear it when next-room makes some louder sounds. A/C is recommended to be turned up at all times since the room doesn't smell as fresh as the hallway, but it's a minor problem. We loved the breakfast come with our booking. Freshly prepared ingredients at buffet serving style. The buffet breakfast is not fancy but is delicious. We love it the most of a frying counter, where you may order customized pan-fried foods from eggs, omelets, bacon, and sausages at your choice. Good value for its price, and I will return."

"The staff was amazing, and the decor of the hotel was well done. However, the hotel is a bit far from the MRT. There's a bus stop near the entrance, but it's a bit of a long ride to downtown Taipei. It near 2 7-11's and a Carrefour so late night food is not an issue. The hotel breakfast is nothing special, but filling. (Your standard breakfast congee, toppings, toast, etc). There's a cute cafe in the back of the hotel. The sitting area there is nice, and the food quaint. "

"The other members of my party arrived without their luggage. The staff at the hotel communicated with the airline and arranged the delivery of the luggage the following day. I was very happy to see, upon entering the room, that the hotel provided so many toiletries; razor, toothbrush, hair brush and all the usual shampoo and soap. That was a huge help to my friends who had none of these things that first night in Taiwan. "
