Room noisy from guests above our room. Restaurant and lounge closed. We have stayed there many many times, love being able to go to the bar and eat at restaurant.

I staff at this hotel were incredible. The went above and beyond to address any issues, request or needs. I was amazed. The restaurant next door was currently closed but the staff was able to refer us to excellent food venues in the area. I requested adjoining room for myself and elderly parents and they went above and beyond and also put us on the first floor making it even better for us. The location right off the highway makes travel for any visitor seamless. The people we encountered in this city were so helpful and friendly. Excellent

Not Impressive”
Staff behind the desk was slovenly, lobby was tired and dirty. Person at the desk was not helpful or willing to be helpful. A major miscommunication. Ended up not staying at this hotel even through there was room. Yuck.

I stayed at the Shilo Inn in Nampa with two dogs. The room was good for dogs because there was no carpet. There were two potty areas, one right outside the door and the other WAYYYY on the other side of the parking lot. The close area was excellent; the far away one, not so much. I would like to especially praise the staff, who were very helpful when I needed them. I was in Nampa for a dog agility trial, and if I went back, I would definitely consider staying at the Shilo Inn. I would just ask for a room on the side of the corridor next to the potty area.

Agoda charged us when I placed reservation, but no reservation was at the hotel when we arrived. Nearly impossible to get ahold of someone at Agoda for a refund. Once I finally talked with someone, they gave me the run around-still haven't received a refund.
