A fantastic place to stay in Osaka”
Place is very clean and tidy when we came. Everything is well prepared and very accomodating. The owner is very friendly and a helpful guide too. Would stay here again one day

Excelente y ubicado a unas siete cuadras a pie en la estación Shin Osaka resulta conveniente para movilizarse en el centro de la ciudad y tomar el tren JR Hacia distintos puntos de Japón. El departamento posee todas las comodidades inclusive nos sorprendió para los estándares japoneses. Si bien pequeño y espacios reducidos tiene todo lo necesario para que hasta máximo de personas puedan estar cómodos. Tiene una cocina que permite cocinar lo que sean necesarios bien equipada ducha con bañera y un balcón donde puede recordar la ropa. En la planta baja hay un sistema de lavaderos que está abierto pareciera toda la noche y en la esquina hay un Lawson y family mart Tiendas que permiten comprar casi de todo las 24 horas del día. la camas son cómodas y las sábanas están limpias y bien cuidadas televisión y ahora condicionado. Sin dudas volvería a este lugar si tengo que regresar a esta hermosa ciudad y país. El precio y la relación calidad costo son excelentes. Excellent and located about seven blocks walk at Shin Osaka station it is convenient to get around the city center and take the JR train to different points in Japan. The department has all the comforts even surprised us by Japanese standards. Although small and small spaces it has everything necessary so that up to maximum people can be comfortable. It has a kitchen that allows you to cook whatever necessary well equipped shower with bathtub and a balcony where you can remember the clothes. On the ground floor there is a laundry system that is open it seems all night and in the corner there is a Lawson and family mart Shops that allow you to buy almost everything 24 hours a day. the beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean and well maintained TV and now conditioned. I would definitely return to this place if I have to return to this beautiful city and country. The price and value for money are excellent.

The place was excellent, for 3 people. A bit small but we were comfortable. The first day of our travel it was too hot but the following day had rains the whole day. The place had complimentary umbrella's that we got to used. Amazing hospitality.

Location was perfect for us, the place is close to Shin-Osaka Station. 24 hours Laundry machine downstairs 😱. hassle free check in. Room was clean and you have everything you need, you can free coffee,tea,m and soup and we can even cook🍜🍜. lots of extra towels provided. Host was accomodating.

The overall space is rather tight, for three adult. it is easier for two person. But the facilities are well though out. the Information booklet was very useful for tourist. Around the area are many F& B outlets very interesting small local eating outlet. The location was a little walk to the Osaka station, ok if the weather is not raining. There is a coin operated laundry machine which is good for washing your laundary , plus a balcony to allow you to air your clothing.

We were so impressed with this apartment. It wasn’t like the other apartments we’ve stayed in before. It’s like we’ve rented a hotel because everything was in the room already. We liked its’ minimalistic style and the way things were put into its places. Small yet very organized, clean and complete. Location is good too, you just need to walk 6-8 mins from the train station. It’s easy to find the apt bcoz Taka will send you the exact details in video on how to get there which was a very nice idea. It was only sad that we weren’t able to meet Taka in person coz he looks so busy. I just suggest that it could be better if you could give us another way to contact you more easily not only thru email. But overall everythings good! It exceeded our expectation ☺️👍🏻👏

部屋は綺麗でゴールデンウィークにしては安かったが、タオルが交換してくれないのが 難点です。後は問題ないと思います。
