This hotel is very close to the Shin Osaka station (about 5 min walk). Easy to find and close to other hotels. For the price, it's worth the 5 minute walk. It has a store next door which you can buy your sundries and local snacks.

Short distance from Shin Osaka station. Good-sized single room (expected it to be smaller). Breakfast food variety is good and both Japanese and western options, with rice porridge a nod to Chinese palates. Would come back again if I need to be near Shin Osaka station!

Very good location”
Very good location, very near to JR Station & the route to the hotel is flat hence easy to wheel big luggage to the hotel from the station. The room is quite spacious, comfy for 2 person. However, they front desk staff need to improve their attitude. They are not friendly and not so helpful. I needed to borrow an iron and ironing board. They asked me to collect the iron & ironing board myself from the front desk instead of them sending it to my room.

The hotel was as expected. Clean and tidy. The room was quite small but regular sized for a Japanese hotel. The hotel was near the station, so it would be great if you would like to go from Osaka to Kyoto, but a bit far from the main shopping districts of Osaka. Not a lot of restaurants near the hotel that are open at midnight, but nonetheless its a fairly good hotel.

Quiet oasis in the centre of a transport hub”
Visited during golden week and choosing a hotel on the northern end of Osaka, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Osaka was great. The hotel is situated close to Shin Osaka JR lines, the Hankyu lines to Kyoto and Kobe, and the Midosuji Metro line. Very convenient for getting around. It's predominantly a business district and,a s such, is full of neat watering holes and eateries, all within walking distance. There's a convenience store located in the same building complex as the hotel and the environs are dotted with 7-elevens, Lawsons, Doutor cafes and independent chains, too. The staff speak some English and were very professional and helpful. Our room seemed to collect a lot of dust during our 6-day stay. I think it's a result of being in a large city rather than the cleaners. The semi-double room is slightly larger than most hotels in this bracket. The hotel website lists it as 15 sq m. If you can a twin room then go for that because the rooms are more spacious.

Best location since it's close to Shin Osaka but service-wise..”
I picked this hotel since I stayed at their Shinjuku branch so I knew a bit to what to expect and it's close to Shin Osaka station to which it's easier to move to Kyoto and Osaka every time I needed too. Had trouble communicating with the reception but apart from simply checking in or out it was fine. The room great and had a bit of space for when I have to store my luggage and other stuff like slippers and jackets. The Aircon however doesn't seems to work to make the room cooler. It's seems to be just there for the room to have air enough that it doesn't make the room hot and not be a vacuum but rather hot than it feels like there's no air at all. I was able to endure it and explaining it to staff probably wouldn't help. There's a nearby mini grocery so I buy food there instead of going to the station's convenience stores.

Located within walking distance from Shi-Osaka station, making it convenient for travelers riding Shinkansen to or out of Osaka. There is a convenient store right beside the hotel. I've found used slippers under my bed (yike!), anyway, the overall cleanliness was fine. Beware! I was putted into the room which is in the center of hotel building, despite getting room on high floor, I saw nothing but the white wall and other guest rooms from my window.

Needed a hotel close to Osaka station for a couple of nights and this fit the bill for location and price. Breakfast buffet was really well done, exceeded my expectations for this hotel, i think it is more a business hotel. Our room was standard so it was very basic, clean but small.
