Great stay”

I do not regret staying at Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel. The friendliness of the staff right upon arrival to check out was great. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The room itself was great, prefect size for one person, although if you have sort of a big luggage you’ll have some trouble opening it because of the tight space unless you open it on the bed. Room was quiet throughout my stay. Location was great, train station was just around the corner, plenty of food around the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean ”

Overall I was very pleased with this stay. Very good location, close to the Sinyokohama station and Blue line also. Convenient store 7 eleven was next to the hotel, there is shopping department store called Price Pepe was in front of hotel. The mall includes grocery store,too. More than ten reasonable restaurants located near hotel. The room was very clean and has big space of the bathroom. The lovely tub took my eyes. Not many hotels have this kind of tub. The only negative thing was the room key. It wasn’t card key. Took little while to open the door. Definitely l would like to stay this hotel in the future.

Exceptional”

Excellent location right outside the Shin-Yokohama subway station with easy transport access. This is NOT right outside the main Yokohama station, so as long as you are aware that it is Shin-Yokohama you will be fine. I booked thinking it was the main Yokohama station and it required an easy 15 minute ride to and from the main station.

Prime location in Shin-Yokohama. Train/subway/shinkansen right on the doorstep and many shops/restaurants all around. I was somehow upgraded to a twin room (thanks!) and the room is large enough by Japanese standards. Only suggestion would be that the hotel should consider subscribing to at least one English TV channel. I had a great stay, would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location”

Very close to JR Shin-Yokohama station. Don't even hear the sound from the station. Great rooms with good facilities. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Tokyo-Yokohama area.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff are well-versed in English so its not difficult to get around Yokohama! Great stay, will recommend this to anyone intending to stay the night at Yokohama. No regrets.

Efficient staff, comfortable room. If you're spending a night in Yokohama and taking an early train out, it's reasonably priced and convenient.

Convenient to Shin Osaka”

As expected. Nothing special. Just a room like most hotels in Japan. Close to Shin Osaka, which is nice.

Exceptional”

Hotel manager Asaoka-san was exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and and total commitment to the satisfaction of her guests was very impressive.

Value For Money”

Good location, room seem pretty small, if one person is staying is fine. Check in time is 3pm, which is kind of very late, I ask the staff the room was ready but still I can't check in early and can only stay at lobby till 3pm. This part is pretty disappointing, other than this is ok.

Good location, but so so hotel”

There is no doubt that the location is excellent, but the hotel room is not recommended especially for family. I booked a deluxe twin and asked for a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, the smoking smell was really bad. They don't have any other non-smoking room available except for a much smaller room. We had to squeeze into this much smaller room since we couldn't stand the smell. The carpet also looked a bit dirty and the room was dusty in hidden areas. The breakfast also didn't have much to offer. The staff; however, is quite courteous

I went to Yokohama for watch concert, the hotel near to the Shinkansen station, and easy to access to other attractions on Yokohama. It is a nice hotel for staying if go to watch matches or concert nearby.
