Great for HND”
The hotel is 1 min walk to shinagawa train station and there is a direct line to HND airport. Hotel is clean and there are a lot of things to do within the hotel. The room and bathroom decor are a little outdated but the hotel staff kept them clean. The room comes with complimentary bottle water. The size of room is a bit small if you have large and multiple luggage. I only had carry-on so it’s not a problem. The breakfast was nice and the crowded is controlled at the entrance so the dining area is not crowded.

Great Location and Comfort”
The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is located directly across the street from the Takawara exit of the JR Shinagawa Station. The Annex Tower is one of multiple towers within the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Signs are clearly displayed to the location of each tower. Once you arrive at the Annex Tower, you will need to take the elevator or set of escalators to reach the 7th floor Reception Area for checking in. Rooms are fairly large for a Tokyo area hotel and there are a lot of activities within the Shinagawa Prince property - bowling alley and entertainment center, IMAX movie theater, Maxell Aqua Center, food court, restaurants, and lots of shopping. Friendly staff and quiet rooms.

Comfortable, stylish, and clean!”
We booked a top corner floor and could see Mt. Fuji from our room, it was beautiful. Wanted to make it to the aquarium, but our baby tired herself out too fast! We would definitely stay here again, easy access to the station, the airport, and the shinkansen!

So much more than a hotel”
This hotel was incredible.. It's massive with tons of people running around helping you.. It also boasts a ton of shopping and right adjacent is a ton of food places. In the Annex bldg attached is a huge food court area.. And, it's a short walk across the street to the Shinagawa train station that has both regular trains and the Shinkansen trains. This location is about as convenient as it gets for a traveler.

1.Walking distance to shinagawa train station. 1-2 min walk. 2. Amazing view if you are staying in higher floors. We stayed on 31 floor and we could see the Tokyo tower 🗼 . Rooms are decent size. 3. Breakfast buffet is excellent. So many choices. European + Japanese dishes . You have to get there around 7 am to avoid huge crowd 4. Rooms have a big panoramic window and really bright in the morning which I love it. 5. The hotel is huge .. you can find 711 and other convenient stores inside . Only downside is I can still smell a hint of cigarettes smoke in my room since they have smoking floor/ rooms.

Hotel is a big dated but very well maintained. Location and facilities are excellent. Near to station. Lots of shops and restaurant. The Acuqrium is amazing. Hotel guest have massive discount for it. Our kids amazed by the Dolph show. We had our new year eve dinner in the hotel. Such a nice experience.

Perfect for solo traveler”
This hotel was the perfect location that was so close to the JR station with easy access to and from Haneda Airport via the Keikyu line. You can get to all the bustling areas in 15-20 minutes and have a nice quiet place to come home to away from all the busyness. The 7-11 attached to complex along with a movie theatre and aquarium and even a bunch of restaurants just outside make this the pinnacle of convenience!

Great location for both family & business travel!”
We stayed here for the first 3 nights when we travelled home for the summer from UK. We chose here for its location (approx. 15 min from Haneda by Express Keikyu line) & the facilities. Takanawa/Keikyu side exit of Shinagawa Station is just a few minutes walk to/from the hotel. There are aquarium, cinema, bowling, Seven Eleven convenience stores and more on site. We spent the first 2 days within the hotel complex to avoid 36-37 degree heat outside?! The guests at Shinagawa Prince can benefit from a discount in most of the on-site facilities and we visited the Aqua Park. It was great to be able to re-enter as often as we wanted on the day & we saw both the daytime & night dolphin shows! Breakfast was great, a wide variety of items offered. The view from the room was great also! We'll definitely return again soon!

The hotel is right next to Shinagawa station,easy to access from Haneda Airport or to the city. Main tower rooms facing north with Tokyo tower view just excellent. Friendly and very helpful staffs , really love this hotel!

Rooms are very clean and great location, the only thing issue is the laundry dryer machines, none of the dryers work well even though I cleaned the net before used. After three cycles run, the clothes still not dry enough.

Will Return 🇯🇵”
So many great aspects to this hotel. It's in a prime location, a five minute walk from all major public transportation, well kept, staff courtesy and response is incredible, and there's several options on site for food, amenities, and entertainment. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars are two things: 1. The dryers in the coin laundry take f o r e v e r to dry anything (2 hours for a load due to weak heat, all told I probably spent $20+ on 2 loads of laundry), and 2. The bed in the room was way too hard. Extra cushioning or at least a mattress topper would easily solve this. Regardless of these minor gripes, we plan on staying here when we return! Arigatogozaimashita!

Good hotel with friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Major JR train station right across the street. Prices are excellent for the rooms with breakfast included. Hapuna buffet still decent. Room was spacious if you know which ones to get. Recommended.

Great price. Excellent location next to a major train station. Good establishments everywhere nearby. Excellent view from our corner room. Room was large compared to others. Buffet every morning for breakfast. Modern and updated decor. They hold luggage until check in and after check out. This is our third time staying there. Would go back again.

One night stay in Tokyo”
I had a one night layover and needed somewhere convenient between both airports. This one is super close to the train station so it’s very easy to get to and from the airport as well as visiting parts of Tokyo the check in took a while because the line was really long and they did not have a lot of staff members working. The room was really nice, and I love that this spa provided a masseuse to come to the room if needed.

I would stay here each time I come to Tokyo from now on. Our view from the 34th floor was amazing. Didn't need to pay to go up any other viewing towers. Location is just 2 minutes from Shinagawa station where you can access the Yamanote line and get around all the famous areas easily!! It's also easy access via Keikyu lines for both airports. Easy check in, we could store our bags before then too. Convenience store in the building, coin laundry facilities too.

Exceptional”
Love the location right across from Shinigawa Station. So convenient! We split our stay up at this hotel since we went to Osaka for a few days and they stored our luggage for free! It was great to get discounts to the nearby entertainment like the Aqua Park and we made daily trips to the 7-11 on site. Only thing is the beds are not soft but this is a really great hotel with great staff!

It is just opposite of JR station (Shinagawa), very confident location, the JR station is a big station which you can go to anywhere easily. Just one thing that I’m non smoker, the floor they arranged was a smoking floor, full of smoking smells. So if you want a non smoking floor you will need to book earlier to reserve.
