Exceptional”
This is a great place to stay to visit Angkor Wat. It is located closer to the temples than the larger city of Siem Reap which is more crowded and touristy. The hotel also provides pickup at the airport, which is really helpful if you aren't used to the tuk-tuk culture in Cambodia. If you wish, you can also hire the tuk tuk drivers for the day(s) for a nominal fee ($18-22/day) to take you around to all of the sites, to lunch and dinner spots, or whereever. A surprise for us is that there is no need to change money as almost all place take, in fact prefer, US dollars. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has quite good food, though it is not too speedy. Highly recommended.

In a word, one of the worst staff i have encountered ”
We booked two rooms for 4 nights and an ederly family member met with an accident with severe hand injury and had to be rushed back to home after spending 2 nights. We requested hotel owner for cancellation of 2 nights for 1 room and she cited company policy as her reason for non cancellation. It is a horrible experience really. Will make sure to let my friends know not to ever consider this hotel

Close to both Angkor, and Siem Reap”
Closer to Angkor than to Siem Reap, it still only took me about 20 minutes to walk into town, or was $2 by a tuk-tuk, which the hotel provides. Much quieter at night and a good jumping off point for that 5am start to see the sun rise at Angkor Wat. There is a good restaurant attached which is open for breakfast (check that this is included in your room price), lunch and dinner at good prices - try the chicken and cashews. The gorgeous smile on the girl who works the dinner shift is worth staying in for. There is no lift so a room on the first floor is an advantage. The room was enormous, with it's own private balcony and ensuite bathroom. All facilities provided including the most important - Air conditioning, bottled water, WiFi, and a fridge. The hotel is an artwork in itself with all the carved wood panelling. There is a pool, a little supermarket a few doors down (turn left out of the hotel - right to head into town) and it's a 5 minute walk from Wat Tmey with it's memorial to the killing fields. Very helpful staff who go the extra mile to accommodate your wants and needs. It ticks all the boxes and I would highly recommend a stay here while visiting Angkor. Give yourself at least 3 full days to see the sights. The hotel can provide a tuk tuk with personal driver to take you anywhere you want to go, for around $20 per day - it's the only way to travel.

Good accommodation but some service can be called the worse!”
Nice, clear hotel, offered us good sleep there. The perfect stay just be ruined by some unpleasent service.Last day we're heading to airport,(they offer only free pickup from airport but go to airport u have to pay, when i tell the front guy he didn't tell us about the transpotation fee to airport)when we check out they said all we have to pay 7 dolloars. We already used up our cash so I said I can only pay by credit card. They said can't take credit card. ...First hotel I have ever stay said can't take credit card for check out...
