Good location and big rooms”
The location is reasonably located near Ginza and has big rooms (i mean like 2X of normal hotel room of what I usually get in Tokyo. Cleanliness is not what u really can expect but I Guess it’s jist old and not dirty as it seems. Staff can speak English so it’s a plus.

Shinjuku East is located amongst many other love hotels. Cleanliness is ok, but room was considerably spacious. Location is good if you plan to explore Shinjuku area, and it is also near Golden Gai if you're planning to drink.

Don’t trust it ”
The pictures lie. The rooms are not updated, paint peeling from room walls, shower floors mildew, carpets in room and hallway stained. The elevator will scare you. It’s so old that you think it will fall.

Spacious but old and stale”
The room is spacious as well as the shower. Although, there was areas of mildew and mold on the ceiling in the shower and the “non-smoking” room had obviously been used by smokers in the past. Airing out the room by opening the windows did not help much. The carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. I consider myself a person with low standards and needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

テレビはとりあえず使えませんでした。 また、今回２回目の宿泊でしたが、部屋が色々な種類がある事もわかりました。今回の部屋は前より良くなかった。 お値段と自分の目的地などのロケーションを考えるとBESTなので自分はまた利用させていただくと思います。 スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。

いつも使ってますm(_ _)m 古いのは古いのですが、部屋は広い。 1番のいい理由はこの料金でちゃんとお風呂とトイレが別って言うのが良い✨✨✨ ユニットバスが嫌いなので本当によく利用しています。

清潔さとか、設備とか、 個別に聞かれると、どうだろうと思ってしまうのだが、 総合的に考えて、何の問題もない。 ウォシュレットでないとか、風呂は広いが、お湯がうまく出ないとか、あるけど、 元ラブホだけあって、広いし、快適。 安いし。 これからも愛用しようと思う。

ベッドの枕元近くにコンセントがありません 離れた場所にコンセントがあります フロントで延長コードを借りましたが、短くて足りませんでした 枕元にコンセントを付けていただくか、長さの十分ある延長コードを用意しておいてほしいです あと、テーブルが重いので、軽いのに変えてもらえればと思います 部屋はとても広いですが、機密性の高い部屋だったので、室温は快適でした お風呂のお湯の温度調節ができず、熱湯しか出ませんでした 風呂の栓が緩いので、貯めておいても抜けてしまいます
