Wonderful experience
Beautiful amenities, spectacular view from the room and a bathtub by the window was a definite highlight. Entrance garden could do with a clean up and the lobby seemed a bit chaotic at times. We stayed in the Mature double and wouldnt hesitate to come back again.

Standard Boutique
Location was slightly off the beaten track but made easier once used to the surrounding. Room is nice and modern. Very much standard boutique hotel.

They should tighten their security systems
When I arrived and went up to our room, I has already noticed there wasn't a security pad to swipe our card to go to our floor. Fine, Tokyo is relatively safe. Then on the last night, we had two drunk guys wander onto our floor at 5am in the morning and knocked on our door violently until my friend woke up to open it. When the drunk guys saw that we weren't who they were looking for, they left and went to the next door over and started knocking on their door. We heard the knocking from our room. We mentioned this at check out and the staff just said 'Oh sorry yes it was a drunk Korean guy. He was looking for his friend he said was staying in one of the rooms. We had to call the police.' I felt the apology was not sincere and the staff didn't see the severity of the situation. My friend and I are girls, and though we are capable of taking care of ourselves, what if it was some psycho? It was really no relief to us that he was arrested. Seems irresponsible of the hotel to let drunk strangers in. Guess we weren't very smart either to open the door, but we were woken up in the middle of the night and thought there was some trouble. I don't think I'd stay there again. The location wasn't bad but a bit far from the limousine bus which we opted for.

Just what we needed
It was a small basic room which we had expected for what we were paying. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfy. I would stay again.
